    my baby has been having reflux - milk coming out after feeding.. seems like vomitting. I took him to an Osteopath who help massage him. And after 2 visits he's much better. he burps better, an doesn't have the milk reflux problems.

    mint, medela PIS shields - u can buy the shields from Moms & Babes at United Square. They have different sizes. i'm using the 36mm size shields. the normal ones that comes with the breast pump doesn't fit me.

    Juz Us - kids can have their own passports. I did it for my girls when they were abt 3 months old. I took them on a short trip and both wasn't fully vaccinated. it depends on how comfortable you'll be taking them on trips.

    Whitepaper, I am using the Avent naturally express IQ. Also, i'm using the medela PIS breastpump. As long the bottles are not wide bottled neck, you can easily attached it to the breast pump. i find it really expensive to buy medele milk bottles. Nuk bottles do fit - not the wideneck...

    Another place where you'll find a wide selection of baby prams, push chairs etc.. Mothercare at Harbor front. Went there yesterday and they do have a pretty wide selection of various brands and types of car seats, strollers etc. Worth visiting.

    Diane - i did engage a malay lady to do the wrap for me for both pregnancies. i find it rather useful. I'll probably go ahead and book for this pregnancy too. it did help to get rid of the air from my uterus and there was some pretty obvious results.

    hynpo-birthing's really good if you want your birth to be as natural as possible. not cheap though and also it depends on whether your gynae is comfortable with someone else (doula to help with the hypno birthing techniques) in the room other than your husband. i know my gynae told me before...
