Hello girls, would like to ask when will menses come after D&C? My D&C was done on 20th July... menses not here yet, been eating Bai Feng Wan to regulate.

Mine came 5 wks after d&c.. If your AF is still not here, you might wanna check with a gynae..

Mine came 6 weeks after D&C. Yours should be 4th week now? Perhaps another 1-2 weeks,AF will come. My gynae said first AF should report 4-6 weeks after mc.

Not to worry. Mine came in 6 week aft my D&C too.
Good to hv a check up aft D&C, hv a scan and see ur womb etc.
 
Kris, I done my D&C on 14 July and my aF came after 4 weeks. Juz finish my 2 nd AF cycle. I read is 4-6 weeks, do check with your gynae when you go for check up.
 
Princessleopard, yep I did my routine check juz 5 days b4 detail scan and everything is fine. Never did I know 5 days later I will fall from heaven to hell. I remember I was so happy that week before my detail scan.

I did my D&C on 17 Aug and my menses came today, so its about 4 weeks. I just went to see my gynae yest for review and she told me my menses should come in 1-2 weeks time and who knows this morning it came..
I guess the timing differs for individual.

Also wana ask the girls here, i am having headache now.. coz my hubby going to bring me to australia for holiday 18-24 oct and now my menses came today which means the next AF may come when I go for hoiday. how? i really dont wana have menses when i am oversea and coz i will have cramps, i wont get to enjoy the entire holiday also.

Somemore this is my first AF, I am not sure whether the second AF will come earlier or later. whats the trend like for you girls or i guess its diff for individual.

should i take the med to delay AF until i come back from holiday if AF doesnt come one week before my holiday? is it going to be harmful for my body in anyway?

Hi Wendy,

Every individual response differently. Gynae normally say it takes a couple of months for body to function normally. So, when the 2nd AF will report, very difficult to predict. I think gynae also not able to answer this question.

For me, my AF used to be 27-32 days. But after mc, something good happened is that AF report every 28 days. At least not so haywire.

I used to take medicine to delay AF in the past, I know its not good cos the next few cycles may be affected. Perhaps you can check with gynae on this .

Thanks for your advise. My period before MC is quite regular as in +-2 days that kind.. but dunno how is my body like now.. thanks for you advise, like u said i will probably go ask my gynae..

I guess too many things happened and my hubby was thinking a trip out maybe able to get my mind off this down period and also its been the longest time since we go for a trip as couple (after my elder gal is born in 2011, the only trip we went alone is 2d1n batam).

Although i would like to start TTC again asap but gynae told me to wait 2-3 cycles. coz i am not young le, come this nov i am turning 34 and gynae said with every year of age increase there will be more and more problem with pregnancy. I wonder if i have the patient to wait 2-3 cycle hahahah... but right now i must make sure i am physically and emotionally ready for the next baby..

i think i saw that some gals here actually start TTC after one cycle? or maybe i read it somewhere else... TCm said can try after 1st cycle i also dunno who to listen to.

For me, I start after 1 normal AF cycle. I went back for checkup with gynae and she gave me green light to start ttc. TCM say likewise since the AF came back normal.

I know waiting for 2-3 cycles are the norm, to be on the safe side.

Check with you ah, think you mentioned before LRD drink is for detox right? I had spotting after surgery which is normal.. Then.stopped on saturday already.. Then yesterday i took LRD for 1st time after surgery.. Suddenly got very very light flow.. Definitely not menses.. Called up doc he said normal to have light bleeding and spotting up to 10 plus days, unless got pain and fever and heavy flow then must call him.. But i'm feeling very well actually, especially after i finished up a pot of LRD yesterday.. Wondering is it that the LRD help to remove the leftover toxins that's why suddenly bleed a little..

ya Dr Su told me it is for Detox (for my husband's case) because my husband been staying up late to play games and eat junk.... so Dr Su say it is good for him... after drinking for sometime, he should see his dark circles gone etc etc....

As for my case, because I just had my wisdom tooth surgery... In order to drain away my anesthetics and antibiotics and preventing the residues to store in my body, she ask me to drink LRD tea so that i can start to TTC after 1 month...

But Since your Gynae say it is normal to have light bleeding.... so i guess it should be okay
LRD is to "bu" the blood, so i think it is good to drink too.

Okie will continue drinking.. Actually last 2 days didn't feel that great cos tummy sssooo bloated.. Felt lethargic.. Then yesterday was thinking 1 wk since surgery, i can start taking LRD.. Boiled a pot and drank 3 big glasses within 2 hrs.. After that felt better.. Finished the whole pot.. This morning woke up feel very good, rejuvenated.. LRD drink so powerful

ya whole morning to 4 pm, i was having meeting cum training... and immediately after my meeting i check my hp n saw your post... haha
ya i also like LRD very much.... especially if you put ginger, like what princess mentioned yesterday, we actually will put out all the gas.... i always feel very good after farting haha !!!
 
Hi sisters I finally tried the bazhen today! Quite nice Leh. I used black chicken n put in hard boiled egg! Yummy. Can I ask ah I brewed for two hours end up with only two small bowls of the soup... Is this correct?

It depends. I buy from Fu Hua, they told me 3 bowls cook to 1 bowl. Fu Nan say 2 bowls to 1 bowl. But I just cook from morning to evening then drink. I think probably cos of the herbs in there, as I find that Fu Hua 1 box contain more herbs than Fu Nan's packet.
 
Oh dear I never put dom! Alamak! I buy from NTUC de... Will try fu Hua or fu nan de next time. How ah? No put Dom still got effect ma?

I see. Yesterday I saw Today's paper advert anther talk that they have. But its in Oct. When I saw their email, I thought its the one in Oct, din known its for Sept till I read through it. Oct one also talk cum movie, but the talk is by celebrities.

Fertility talk with movie.. But don't thinki'll be going.. Have been to fertility talks over past few yrs.. But normally at hospitals.. This one is interesting, tie in with movie screening.. Have a great time gals!

Yup i'm feeling very good these few days.. Told my hubby i wanna go out gai gai tmr already.. Hehe.. It's just that my spotting actually stopped on sat.. But suddenly started very light bleeding again on tue.. Called the dr, he said if i feeling ok and it's very light flow shld be ok.. If got pain and heavy bleeding then must call him immediately.. Now still bleeding..

You're serious abt the SA?? Then like that mt. A got storeroom already not bad.. Haha.. But if wanna do at nuh, think better call and double confirm can use the rm at the andrology lab anot.. Cos my hubby SA and iui, he did at hm.. Cos bad experience at mt. A, when we switched to nuh, my hubby straightaway said he'll do from hm.. Only found out abt the rm after we were tokking to the doc abt ivf..

Your cramps should have gone off by now? Did ur doc say why u had such bad cramps after the lap?
