i also got read from a few sources that Zinc and Selenium are very important.... and i feel that i seem to be low on zinc and selenium... because i never really eat alot of those zinc and selenium food... so worrying.... if your multi vit has zinc and selenium, then very good....
Did you ask your hubby to eat Folic acid as well?
I am now forcing it down my husband's throat too... Folic is important for man too
Princess,
What you want to ask Dr Su? I can ask for you. I am visiting her this Sat.
I ask my friend, she said ba zhen ready pack are actually quite fresh, because if not fresh, when you brew, there will be a stale taste..... so i guess like what Celestine confirm, those ready pack herbs should be fresh..... just like what you mention earlier on, we would not know if the herbs in those medical halls are safe in the drawers too...
by the way, princess, don't sleep so late lar...
Dr Su say Sleeping late will harm your Qi... if you have Weak Qi, you will not be able to hold BB in your womb....

by the way, i just check on a website about dang gui and cysts ...
http://www.drmingqi.com/school/school.php?pg=19
it says that as long as you have the right formula, Dang Gui is still safe to use for people with Cysts.... i shall paste below for you to read:
Danggui is a Chinese herb that is commonly used in the American market as a powder or concentrated extract to work on the hormone balance of women to help menopause syndrome and irregular menstruation. Based on the relationship between danggui and estrogen, patients often wonder whether danggui will increases the development of uterine fibroids, or ovarian cysts, or breast cancer. Actually Danggui is a very important herb used in women's healthcare to help many symptoms and diseases related to female hormonal problems. Danggui is combined with different herbs to meet the individual's health problem. When the patient is diagnosed as a deficient, cold type, danggui can be used no matter what type of disease is present, because danggui itself is not a replacement for estrogen. The combination of danggui and other herbs can work with the ovaries and pituitary gland function to balance hormone level of the body. The right formula will be safe to use on the patient with breast cancer, ovarian cyst or uterine fibroids.
btw, Min81...
there is another website:
http://www.livestrong.com/article/464615-herbal-remedies-for-cysts-in-the-ovaries/
it says:
Dang gui shao yao san is a traditional Chinese formula used for gynecological issues, including ovarian cysts. It combines the herb tang kuei, also known as dong quai, with peony.
so i think dang gui is safe... let me check with Dr Su...
