Thank you! I did not actually try to TTC for the first 4 months after my miscarriage in July - so that's when I really exercised regularly. We started trying 2 cycles ago, but yes, my TCM doctor told me that I can exercise normally before ovulation, but not the 2 weeks after. So at that time, the schedule got quite messy. My trainer was quite upset with me as I kept making all sorts of excuses for missing sessions! I joined Fitness First, but really you can just exercise anywhere, with or without trainer. It is just that I only have lunch times to do it, hence, I needed someone to push me.
I charted BBT for a few months to understand my cycle better, but I used it together with OPK testing. However, during the month that we conceived, my BBT testing was quite weird, as my temp did not go up after OPK tested positive, so I thought I did not ovulate, and hence, this cycle was also a write off. Little did I know.. anyway, I gave up charting and only used the pregnancy kit after my menses were late for 3 or 4 days.
Personally, I think charting BBT and testing OPK helped me to understand my cycle much better. That helped. Don't be stressed out about it, just take it as getting more information and knowing yourself and your fertile period better. The rest will come naturally.
OP - I did hop over to the Sept thread to take a look, but was/am not comfortable joining the chat yet. Just worried, I am sure you know what I mean. I am due for my Oscar next Friday (Feb 26) - I will join after that. Paranoid, huh?
My additional concern is the result of the Oscar (as they initially wanted me to go for Amnio, as I am 35 this year). Staying positive in the meantime that all will be ok.
