How to approach sex ed for my kids

As my kids get older (10+) I'm thinking of how to talk about topics like masturbation, consent, and BGR to them, but I don't really know how to approach the topic without sounding overbearing. Anyone has experience or advice to help?

Not really sure about this.

But with the current technology, believe by 10+, they would have known some stuff about it through online platforms?

Sex ed should also be taught in school IMO. For myself, my parents gave me the sex talk when I was 12 (I think), and it was a long and awkward convo but very helpful. Also my parents told me then that they give me their full trust in terms of dating and sex (atleast while studying), etc. so growing up I always had this in mind to not do things that will break my parents' trust in me. :D

Sex education for children is critical and must be taken very seriously. Unfortunately, many children do not know how to have sex or even masturbate properly. I didn't even know that improper masturbation can lead to erectile dysfunction, but every child can face it. Treatment for erectile dysfunction takes a very long time, and you will have to spend a lot of money on drugs such as Viagra or Kamagra:)
I am very worried about my erectile dysfunction
