Dear friend - sorry to hear about your experience. For me, I have started preparing my body for a long time. Been having prenatal vitamins, omega 3 fish oil, Coq10. I have also been on alternate days taken Amway Bodykey and Protein to boost my body. I have been avoiding processed food and junk food and bubble tea whatsoever that I deemed unhealthy. Also been exercising more lately before IVF cycle - to lessen my stress at work. Mediterranean diet helps (based on my research).Hi!
