I think detail scan report depends on where you done your detail scan.
Detail scan which is also known as Screen scan is usually carry out between 18 to 21 weeks

How: Through ultrasound scan

Accuracy: Usually accurate.
My detail scan is usually done at Mt A which will include a 2 pages report and 2 x-ray film of the baby showing the following:
Presentation, Bi-parietal diameter, head circumference, foetal abdominal circumference, Fenur length, Transverse Cerebellar diameter,
Other inform includes: Skull, Spine, Heart, Stomach, Kidneys, Bladder, Umbilical cord, Placenta and Amniotic fluid. Counting of fingers and toes as well as cleft lip is done on the spot and sonographer will get us to witness on the screen.
At the end of the day, the report together with the x-ray film will be given to us to keep. So far, I have made them into scrap book for my #1 & #2 like these.
