if u wan nordic buy from iherbs dun buy locally damn ex... when u buy be careful mus read is it suitable for preg... i can only say Nordic is a better brand u can join spree to get i 1 shot buy 2 bott can last me nearly 11mths cos breastfeedin also mus take...



not true abt crab la my sis took crab for #2 no crab for #3 but #3 supper active hand v itchy...

kkh got maternity package for 4 bedded and above...which means b1 and above.



piggy, i already complained when i still on antenal visits...cos pte gynae got antental package but we need to pay for every visit, scan and medication.



i choose kkh cos scared bb got complication e.g premature or wat...as kkh has biggest neonatal facitlties. but *touchwood*.

I tink to carry n deliver 1 BB really use up alot of brain cell n energy.. After I deliver really like 元气大伤。

my #1 at KKH deliver, im so glad, cos other hoospital would cost me hundreds of thousands for my son's condition...

so this time chose KKH again in case of premature again...

even though TMC have the neonatal facilities, its not as big as KKH and more ex, i heard sometimes they dont have enough space and have to refer to KKH too...



I just bought sparkles and lantern lei..

think the rain will stop after dinner bah..

So bored. Day time zz too much. Now cant zz. Haha. Had Maggie mee for supper. 1St time since preg the mee dun taste weird and i can finish a pack! Still got some brown discharge today despite nuahing the whole day. Sianz. Think I'm growing mushrooms liao. Dun dare to play with my boy too much also.. Cos he's too violent.. Scared he kick me again. I miss carrying him and playing till crazy with him.

My OSCAR is tomorrow, it's so worrying cos I am 34. Pray that the results will turn out well just like those who already did theirs.
