Woohoo! Morning Mummies!
Ohh.. talking about sending our kids to school. I have sent Aiden to a neighbouring 2 hours playgroup and this is the 3rd week today. Same as Jayamum, the school only allowed us to attend the first 3 days.
So daddy went in on the first day with him, he didn’t cry but keep wanting to leave the class halfway. I guess the lesson was too bored for him as the teachers were explaining on some rules and regulations to the care-givers. The moment the teacher opens the door, he was so happy! Quickly got up and walk towards the rack where he placed his shoe and was giving flying kiss to everyone before he left. The same goes for the second day when I was with him.
3rd day, my maid brought him there. When I called to check how he was doing, maid said that he cried a little bit. LOL! There were one particular day when my mum send him to pg, he cried and trigger a few other kids to start crying. He stopped and watch the rest of them crying. OMG..
Yes, slowly he will adapt to the environment, though he will still cry or give you the [IMG=http://www.singaporemotherhood.com/forumboard/clipart/sad.gif] face, he is still willing to take off his shoes by himself and place it on the rack. Initially, my mum was so reluctant to send him to playgroup because she felt that he is too young, but I am glad that he is coping well and my mum is now convinced that we made the right choice. By the way, Disney on Ice and Barney’s Musical Castle show is coming! Hmm.. I think I will bring Aiden to the Barney show since he knows barney more than Disney.. LOL! Importantly, free admission for our kiddo coz they are below 2 years old! [IMG=http://www.singaporemotherhood.com/forumboard/clipart/happy.gif]
