just tested positive on clearblue 2 days back...gynae appt oni 2 wks later, so pop in here to c if there are any mummies due jul 2010 as well....

I just tested positive with a guardian preg kit and a clear preg kit consecutive two days. Hopefully the results are not kidding on me :p



how you gals feeling now?



I have occasional nausea feeling after drinking tea, which I did not experiencing in the past.



So if its real, my EDD should be July 09 too...

Congrat ladies.



i have tested on last thursday and positive. But has spotting on fri. therefore went to see gynae and got injection on sat. Also did HCG test to confirm pregnancy. And did my 2nd HCG this morning to confirm the bb development. My HCG went up more than double. Thank God.



As I have 1 Miscarriage last yr so has to see doc soon. :<



Anyone know hw to stop spotting? Mine is brown spotting.



Hope this pregnancy will goes well.

I am seeing Dr H K Ho at Mt Alvernia. He has gave birth mine 3 nephews and also some of my friends' child. A bit ex but he will take care of u very well especially for my case as i have history.

haven find a gynae... haven even seen GP about it...read about they also use preg kit similar to home so will wait around 4-8 weeks old before seeing one.



I will definitely go back to KKH cuz i had operation to remove my fibroids last year in KKH, so they have my record liaoz...



any gynae doc to reccommend...?

Hi there.



I am new here. My menses was delayed by about 5 days so decided to test on a pregnancy test kit this morning and it's positive. Did it twice just to ensure i didn't get the wrong result. Hehe!!



Went to gynae just now..he estimated me to be abt 3 weeks preggy and did an ultrasound. He couldn't see anything but say it's normal cos it's too early. Told me to go back to him in 2 weeks time.



Is it true that you will not be able to see anything if u are 3 weeks preggy?



By the way, if it's true then my EDD should be in mid July 10.

Yup, can't see anything if it's too early.. i also tested positive this morning. should be seeing gynae in 2 weeks' time. my EDD (according to online calculator) is 15 jul. [IMG=http://www.singaporemotherhood.com/forumboard/clipart/happy.gif]

 
Hi I am new here too.. Was tested positive on 4th nov. Been having spotting throughout so given bed rest all the way til friday to see gynae again.. Hope everything is fine!!

Wonder is it too early to encounter MS. Did you encounter that too?

Hi Mich, just check with you abt the HCG level. Issit blood test? Cos i did my blood test and the nurse told me a range. I am not sure is it the hcg level.. Thanks!

Is a Beta blood test. Ya is blood test. The first test is to confirm you are pregnant. 2nd test is taken 2 days later, is to confirm the pregnancy is developing.



If HCG is more 3mg the is cfm pregnant.



According to the chart.

For 4 wks is about 40-4480 mg



What is you HCG level?

In that case i doubt is HCG test. Cos i remember my nurse saying 13000+. But she says the range fall under the good one. So I am not too sure too. Will be seeing doc this fri as I was spotting all the way. So far i only took one blood test. Just hope everything si fine!!

Did gynae give u injection and duphaston? My spotting stopped on sat after the injection and the medicine. I have excessive brown spotting on friday. On sat, gynae cleaned up for me and said quite excessive.



To be safe, gynae has arranged me to have injection twice a week.

So far only did one injection. My Duphason is thrice a day leh... U having ur injection twice a week ah?

 
Princess: Thanks for your reply. It acts as another assurance to me. I think I tend to be a worrier. I think during this time, we need more support from each other. Hehe!!



By the way, those who had seen a gynae, when u told them your test kit show positive, did they do any more pregnancy tests for you be it urine or blood test? Mine just ask me if I had did a test and I told him yes and it shows positive.. then he just say congrats and you are pregnant. I was like that's it? Haha!!

You will only able to see baby sac after 5 weeks. your can calculate no of weeks base on your last mense start date from now. if yours is regular cycle. it is quite easy to calculate using the online tool.

I m heading back to my previous gynae, hb oreadi helped me made an appt at her clinic tis am cos too exp for me to call from overseas back to sin. mine is Dr Lee I Wuen @ RH. But her schedule apparently is full & my earliest appt to c her have to be 2 weeks from now….

Congrats to all mummies here!! My last menses is 1st Oct, till nw haven go scan nor know my EDD yet. So anxious.. Going for my scannig this friday. Hopefully able to see something..

Thanks for the information. So I think I have to wait another 2 more weeks to see if I can see the sac. My mense is quite regular. My last mense start date was on 7th Oct.

At least they did a blood test for you to confirm. Mine just ask if I had used a urine test kit and then just congratulate me. So wondering if they should conduct another pregnancy test instead of just relying on what i say. But I will be going back to my usual gynae, Dr Fong Yang instead of this one in 2 weeks time for a check up.

Care to share so far what kind of symptoms had you all been experiencing? For me, I am always hungry and nauseous and also morning sickness and getting cramps at time. Of course frequent urination and dry lips.

 
Hi July MTB! I am from Jun MTB...just to drop in to say congratulations to all of you!



Dont worry too much just have lotsa of rest and take care of yourself, dont carry heavy things or do hsework etc..



I went gynae when i am abt 5 week, also cannt see, only yolk sac, in week 7 then can see bb heartbeat...but use ultrasound cannot see, must use v-scan...just for all of you info..hee!

Saw your post in Jun MTB thread and noted that you mentioned you have GD. I am a July MTB, 6 weeks now and is at high risk of getting GD due to previous pregnancy & family history. How r u managing it? On very strict diet already?

Hi Ann, so far me feeling hungry always.. Almost every 2 hr. Was so fed up sometimes cos I have no craving. Just hungry.



By the way Everyone, do you all feel like bloated or got 'something" in ur tummy kinda feeling? & anyone experience constipation yet? FOr me i dun really dare to use much energy while in the toilet leh. Hahahhaha

 
Nightly fillet? Hmm..not bad. My hubby had start to stock up on the grocery in case I am hungry at night. Haha!!

Ann - my gynae is complaining tt i am putting on weight too fast and say i must watch my food intake. so diet time.



Jo - i hope the ugliness is only for the first trimester, i wish to be like other mummies where they get the nice glow

So far i din gain any weight. I am very very small size, hoping to gain. I think as long baby is healthy and u eat healthly shldnt be a prob. So dun worry so much. U r the Queen now! Hahhaa..
