Shers when u boil veg, for eg: pumpkin, the nutrients will go to the water which is used to boil it. Then we will jus throw away e water aft taking maybe 2 tbsp to mash and to get the right consistency. Porridge u consume tog with the water so I guess nutrients is still thr. Slow cooker my mom says can preserve e nutrients In the food. So very nutritious. My mom nv gif me prolong cooking food, frm wat she says!
