Diapers promotion
Hiaz, wrong timing for me. I just bought last week cos ran out of Mamy poko and huggies diapers pants. The huggies diapers pants which I bought from NTUC last week was the same packaging with free DVD but costs $2 more.

Mom2nat, MIL told me before that FIL prefers gals. My gal quite clever to 'sa jiao' her ye ye so he dotes on her.

Finally, RaeAnne didn't cry when I left her at playgroup today. She looks a bit sad sad and her lips quivered but she didn't cry. Teacher said she adapted very fast.

Kam, was reading your blog about your explanation for your kids' names. Always thought that it's Xi1yu3 instead of Xi1yu2. Just wondering, if you read her name in full, will it sound like 干溪鱼? :p
 


Pauline: hahaha. ;-) My girl also know how to love her mama and kong kong. ;-) She will call with sweet tone "ma ma" and "kor kor" as kong kong. They also love her a lot. ;-)
We visited them last week, when my FIL was sleeping in the room, she was looking for him when she woke up, and called "kor kor", hold my hands to his room. ;-) Hehehe.
Nowaday, must say kids are very smart huh.
 
blessedbaby, haha, Johanna so clever. My gal will always run into the kitchen to look for ye ye but ye ye will always 'chase' her out cos he say got 'carbon dioxide' when he's cooking. Children and adults cannot come in. Don't understand the logic though. :p

RE: diaper promotion
Anyone knows what is the promo for Pampers Active Size M and Huggies Dry Comfort Size M?

btw, what size of diaper is yr child wearing nw? My gal is nw 9.6kg, and according to Huggies Dry Comfort, M size is 5 - 10kg, so i thought of changing to L size, which is 8 - 13kg. The prob is she is very skinny and M size still have allowance after she wears it. And my colleague told me that its measure by the size, not their weight indicated on the diaper.
At lost nw, whether to continue to stock up on Size M or upgrade to Size L.
 
don't know why am so sleepy today, so is my girl. ;-) Both of us went to sleep just now (but I can't sleep). Normally, she only has 1 nap in the afternoon.

My girl is teething again. This time, I see all her upper tooth are coming up and some molars in the bottom too. So lucky that at night she sleeps soundly still, but during the day she shows me her discomfortable. ;-(

Pauline: my girl is smart. She loves kong kong more mama. It's so obvious that my FIL can carry her anytime, but if given choice, she will not let mama carry leh. ;-)
I (we) think, mama is rough at times, kong kong is always gentle and talk to her nicely. ;-)

Yes, I think better go by the size. To me, I rather let him use a looser (=bigger) diaper rather than a smaller one. My concept is like wearing tight diaper = wearing tight jeans, not good for the bird-bird leh :) My boy using Petpet XL for daytime and Mammy Poko XXL for night time.
 
Blessedbaby/myvera, I also hope can strike 4D or toto!! Other than preggie, happy can be anything else ma! hehhe . Actually happy for my brother becuase he passed CFA level 3!! helped to achieve my ambition hahhaa.
 
Tongtong: congrats. How I wish I could take CFA before married. ;-) It's indeed a difficult exam. ;-)

blessedbaby, my gal is teething too. so many teeth coming out at the same time, from both the top n bottom. lucky she didnt fuss much this time round and is able to sleep through the nite.
 
Kam, chartered financial analyst. It’s recognized title for those in the finance industry lor. When I tried for level 3 I was pregnant, so failed. Din attempt to take liao cuz no time to study. Cut my loss now, don’t think will complete. but imm indeed very happy!!!!! becuase i failed level 2 and 3 before. imagined how many years i spent??! he just spent 1.5 yrs and completed all!!

Congrats to your bro! So Level 3 is the highest for CFA? I never know there are different levels in CFA. I got asked if my hubby is interested in taking CFA but he said no (he is a CPA liao). I think he still prefers the accounting industry rather than Finance.. But thought if he can take then it is like additional advantage...

No sign leh. EDD is 7th Sep, about 2 weeks to go. But gynae said should be earlier than EDD cos #1 was earlier. Baby moves quite a lot these 2 days, other than that, no sign leh.

Krystle, yea 3rd level is the highest. Yea usually after CPA ppl will take one step advance to attempt CFA. But must have interest in finance else studying for the exam quite jialat hehe.

Not kan cheong. More of like hoping will pop soon so to end the waiting game. Next visit will be this Saturday, will ask gynae if she wants to give me HL or not starting next Monday. I almost clear all my work already, so if she is willing to give me HL, can relax for few days at home before I pop :-0

Yes, my gynae appointment is 9am. Plenty of time for the class. But hor, no respond leh, still 3 of us only. Very unlikely to make it leh. My hubby said he doesn't mind go to the 2.30pm tobe "cha ban shen" wor.

actually it's ok to join the class halfway cos it's not like school with proper syllabus and what not. Just that maybe the other kids know all the songs and actions already and yours will still be abit blur.

For me I also joined halfway after term started.

You know any other classes like this one? As in focus more on music and movement, and not those sit-down and no flashcard type?

i went sushi tei with my colls for lunch...they superb craving for it...so we went & i fell in love with tuna belly sashimi..yummy! Just ate a slice of oreo cheese cake from Oishii bakery:p

Re: to tie
i oso want to do it but mine is natural delivery & gynae discourage it cos he said we still young, maybe next time or few yrs later wan #3 so advise us to take other contraceptive methods.
