tiffy: jia you. Ur 1st trimester will be over soon. I oso had bad ms during my 1st trimester. Merlion abt 7 times a day. Nothing can help to ease the discomfort. At least u are SAHM,u try to rest as much as possible. For me, I nap very often so that i won't hv the urge to vomit or feel bloated.
