hi chihiro... i returned to work yesterday after taking long mc... now still vomite but better than 1 month ago... but gastric has been pretty bad... antacid (liquid/pills) did not help much as i was taking more than 10 pills a day... so gynae gimme medicine to stop stomach acid from producing...

There was once when I stood for quite a long time, ironing, cleaning etc then suddenly I felt stabs of pain on the upper part of abdomen. Pain until I couldn't sit or lie straight. Must crouch to a side. From then on, I didn't dare to over-exert myself so do b careful.

The colour of your stools most likely caused by the supplements u're taking. Mine looked a bit greenish/brownish/blackish ever since I started my fish oil, calcium n multivits pills. Dun know caused by which though. Double confirm with ur own gynae.

I read from somewhere that stretchmarks r hereditary. So no guarantee that stretchmark cream guarantees no stretchmarks. So far have been very lazy in applying n I bought Boots one cos it's cheaper.
Anyone faces the pblm of red 'dots' on the belly area? Looks like rashes but doesn't really itch. N they dun protrude. Me have been having tis pblm at times in the evening. But funny thing is they disappear in the morning.

my belly button still not protruded yet, but i guess it shld be in 1 mths time.

- extra bottles (was told to use separate bottles to feed bb water & milk)

my mum was telling me yest. tt we can look for ppl to drill the hole to hold the sarong's spring ... ard $10 per hole ... but i dunno her $10 is how many yrs back.. coz she did asked ppl to drill before.. better and steadier oso...

The sarong ceiling hook PLS get someone who knows what he's doing, ceiling hook for heavy load looks very different from wall hook types. ie. get the type that flares out on the inside with more pressure... can't really explain, but it's not the simple nail with rubber stud types.

He usually goes on a 3 days or 5 days trip. Veri sianz hor but I told him he can't travel one mth before my due date, need him to be ard.

Dun close the door and keep a lookout of the bb whenever possible. Infants tend to fall veri easily and sometimes the injury can be detrimental.

got more hand-me-downs yesterday. got two baby gift sets, one feeding bottle, one baby dining set, bibs, training cup, bottle carrier, teether.
now only left with baby bath tub (waiting for next 15% sale) and pram (letting baby choose when born)
MIL also say get only the essentials, other things can bring baby shopping to buy.
my niece came over and played happily in our baby's room with all my old toys so didnt even need to worry about her going to the kichen

for bak chang, no indigestion effect on me. actually got 1 auntie was telling my mum i sure dun wanna eat bak chang cos alr got 1 in my tummy so will feel very bloated, but i still can take 2 for breakfast

cos the drill my dad has is not powerful (or the diameter not big enuff) enuff, so hubby got alr got difficult drilling previously (not the hole for sarong lah) so we were actually thinking of buying a drill juz for that purpose!!! if can find someone to drill, then can save a lot lor cos a good drill doesn't come cheap.

mine is more like one chinese tea bag to a teapot of water so very diluted but still helps digestion.
alot of fresh milk has high calcium and low fat also.
read somewhere to take calcium fortified orange juice so that can get more calcium and vit c at the same time.

my gums started bleeding from 1st trimester, it's a on and off thing. i've checked with my gynae, it's for nothing to do with calcium intake. it's just that preggies have softer gums so we must be careful when we brush our teeth or eat 'hard food'. not a big concern, don't worry
