How can i increase my child’s maintainence?

anyone has engaged a lawyer to increase their child’s maintainence fee from the divorced partner?

He is only giving us 500$

unless u can show your need(child maintenance) have increase since last time and your ex have the means(salary) if not don't waste your money to get a lawyer

Like what Margret mentioned, unless you have sustainable proof to show that you need more amount. Also, it depend on his salary as well.

I did . Spent a lot but the law is not in favour of working mum, women charter .. hmmm.. very disappointed!!!

Its not favourable to anyone but hv to reasonable and just. U spend more than needed n if ex cant afford, very fast all his money will be gone, and its going to be worse

U wan to get higher maintenence, first hv to make sure your ex have the ability to pay.
Next is what is the higher maintenence for? If its for unnecessary things then the judge wont never allow it.
