Thanks for asking abt the case. Aiya the lady after seeing my posts and other ladies' response was so angry and wrote a sacastic email to me. Actually I was BOILING leh, but tried to keep my cool-dun want it to end up like 'catfight'. No point lor... If 'bai2 ren3' can 'cheng jin1', I would have become a golden statue already...hahaha... I have written another email to her stating procedure for refund of the highest price item, and also forwarded an email of a mummy who is interested in 1 of the items to her. Still waiting for her reply.

I've read ur case thru' archive and website. I must say U very patience with her. If its me, I will definitely wont refund.

Actually I'm in similar situation as U but I'm luckier. I also bought CCT clothing sometime ago with my sis and cousin. Upon receving the goods, We are very disappointed. Most of the clothing dun fit. I sold all away. My buyers after receving the goods relised also cannot fit her. She did sent me an email but she's much much nicer than ur buyer. As such, I help her sell the clothes instead.

I personally think U should not refund her lor. She touch, see, and measured onto herself so goods sold on sales are non-exchangeable and refunable.
