at our stage we should take more :
* Omega 3 fatty acids /DHA [Salmon, Spanish Mackerel (Tenggiri), sardines, tuna, cod, beef liver, chicken breast & egg]
*Omega 6 fatty acids/ARA/AA [Green leafy vegetables like spinach & Kai Lan, legumes, milk, canola oil, corn oil, olive oil, peanuts, soybeans, sunflower seeds & meats.
*Vitamin E [Wheatgerm, egg yolk, seeds like sunflower seeds, seed oils, margarines, nuts, almonds, avocado & green leafy vegetables.]
