Hi mummies.. It's been a week after i gave birth to my 4th child. And it's also my 1st time taking epidural during the birth of my 4th since i had to induce and had a very very long labor. I am currently experiencing very bad back pain and i wonder if this is normal and is there any way i could eliminate or reduce the pain somehow. Thank you.
