I dun usually take my bbt. Tdy 12dpiui my temp is 36.77. Is that normal?

Ceraine, if u check ur bbt during menses and compared to the previous cycle it seems to be much better. Not sure if u wan to switch TCM or not.

today i got ewcm. 2days ago when my opk +ve my cm is watery and a lot. hopefully just hopefully because I use preseed so the sperm can survive long enough.

just now I met my fren. she say a month plus back I look very unhappy, but she dun dare tell me. she say today I look different liao. much more happy.

I guess after each painful experience we will grow up stronger.

HAHAHA! okay, this month actually just BD for fun la, every time also got saliva and what not. cos quite sick, so not pinning hope on this cycle

Calzz, I didn't even take BBT during my 2ww after my IUI, cos i'm scared. N stupid me, i should hv tested on my own bef seeing the gynae for BT. If is -ve then dun hv to go alr mah and to think i wasted $60 for it. Think i'm too scared n nt in the right frame of mind. N to think bk is on my DH's bday. I didn't wan to talk abt it till at least aft dinner, but he keep pressing me cos he says he dun like suspense. He should kn that is is gd news i would hv immed told him so le mah! N to think that we are crossing the rd to the restaurant n i jus broke dw. So embrassing...

Bebe, I'm nt a brave gal as want u think. I'm terribly scared of jabs! We hv tried on our own, went TCM, went for various tests, IUI and still... For the sake to hv a child, I will brave through it! I believe God will bless me in abundance!

Ceraine, my last cycle was abt 53 days, went to the gynae to run the hormones test cos the gynae also suspecting i could be annovlation for certain cycle, end up my result was ok, the gynae also surprised. How do i test for the above that u hv mentioned:
"Poor follicle production, premature demise of the corpus luteum and failure of the uterine lining to respond to normal levels of progesterone"
But since i'm in IVF also no pt running so many test liao. But still curious to kn wat went wrong.

Yaataa, I always read fr the posts that u are a fd lover and really tempts me with ur desscription of food! leh! Hee...

ceraine: it is war at ThongChai during registration hours! so perhaps the attitude? & Im truly not sure abt Dr Chen schedule. But i b seeing her tml, mayb i ask her directly and let you know again? but fm what i know, she shd be there eveyday, unless she is out for Meeting. remember to bring any reports on your medical and your hubby SA results if any. Yea, i do see Dr Chen hving just the ladies as patients and no hubby in sight. So i reckon it is ok la!

sparkle_bee: yea, estimating your pregnancy based on lmp is really accurate. it may help if you have your bbt chart to spot-on your ovulation etc. So enjoy the MC days... perhaps a good rest is all it takes!

as for tmc, i actually stopped when i saw Dr Lee (gynae) last sat cos he did not recommend me to continue and request to see my 药方. so tml if Dr chen (tmc) contd to give me TMC, then i will show Dr Lee (gynae) the 药方 to see if i can brew and drink or not.
i b seeing Dr Lee next Mon too! supposed to see him this Sat but it is May Day! so ya seeing him on Monday!

Crown: congrats too! it must be realli exciting to see your beannie. i m a first-timer and my last visit could not see anything much too. so kinda looking forward to Monday! Hopefully i can see beannie too!

purplace: yaya... normally they will give u 2pkts.. 2pkts meant for 2 days... so u drink 1 packet for 2days, then u rest one day, and continue with the remaining packet for another 2days.
and oh if your hubby is also seeing the tcm, they will oni give u the 药方 n u hv to buy the herbs from outside medical halls.
but aft the charity show, sometimes i buy the herbs too cos we dun hv time to go bk to collect.

Follicle stimuating hormones(fsh),estrogen E2, ,prolactin n LH Can be determined via bloodtest.
These 4 test r basic requiremts for ivf af kk as fsh gauges d amt of puregon/gonal f dosage.
Fsh also indicates hw well our womb is responding to egg releasing as well d growth.
I juz redid these test yesdae.will b seeing sf loh next week.

I actually requested for these test at my private in dec too.

oh juz to share last yrxwhile I was treatment for my endo(which sf loh now believe is a waste if $$$ n time), me n hubb switch Tcm at tampiness using brewed medicine.
N guess what,his sa test tat period was d Best!! Dreadtic improvement.2 bad..didn't conceive. As d teatmt might leAd to mc If preg,we didn't actively try.got bd but backbif mind is-dun preg yet mc.contradicting right!!!! Also tougher to get preg on the treatmt too.
So wana switch to brew med.
Drzou's cheaper by 10bucks for brew med.

I'm collecting my hormones result later and c hw my hormones are functioning. Maybe in the western doc pt of view as long as all fall within the range they feel u ok but TCM will c how high or how low each hormones is.

Gals, pls drink more water n cut dw on heaty fd cos the weather is like so hot then suddenly it rain. N pls do cont to take supplements to fight against the virus.

Crown, Cheryl n Bee... is best to avoid crowded plcs cos ppl coughing n sneeezing everywhere.

harro! me just had lunch, a fab big bowl of LOR MEE! for all those who like my food posts, i think today's one will turn u off... a lot of black vinegar, chopped garlic, and chilli padi, think my mouth stinks really bad now haha!

i feel much better but the dry and itchy throat is still irritating! definitely no BD tonight cos 2 nights liao.. think the well is dry also haha.

eh tell u girls something funny, i was eating with hubbs and 2 more senior teachers. after eating, i went to wash hands n blow my blocked nose. something went pop in my left ear, then i realised i was hearing things much much louder and clearer. and to my dismay, i realised i have been talking very loudly the whole day, until my hubbs also ask me why i am shouting at the senior teachers over lunch! hahaha damn malu la!

and dear ceraine, when i get my BFP, i sure mms u!

princess june, BD cures everything!! so tonight u should know what to do liao ah! and i also having super a lot of wind.. burp and farts haha. doc says cos i keep taking in air when sneeze, clearing nose block etc.

ceraine, me also wanna build character! and yeah, all this TCM waiting time really scary leh. how to have time to do?? especially since i don't have leave to take

last nite i went hougang see tcm chen qiulan physician.. reached there at 545pm, waited until my turn was ard 830pm liao.. oso waiting time was so long.. but i tink shld be abit better than waiting at tong chai ba...

she told my hubby to go do SA test leh.. but we were tinking if he needs to do anot.. cos after all, actuali we din reali tried tat long trying to conceive leh.

actually sm Gynae or ttc couple won't encourage bd during sick lor..with d med n sickness d egg n sperm quality might not be strong.
On occasion we sick,ESP if hubb is sick,he won't really want bd coz he afraid if sick,n preggy,mc rate will b higher.

Thus whenever do soiui Gynae will nag n nag,tell us dun fall sick!!!

Haha,call us kiasu or kiasi.....
