ya, no preference. Initially wanted a gal cos thought will be easier to take care. But these few weeks when my hb not around, I feel that my boy is so lonely and sad. My gal has no problem cos she vv close to me. So I thought a didi for him would be good. haha! Ultimately healthy is good enough.

You? Hoping for a gal or boy?

BB, I am fine with both actually. My hb is hoping for a girl, he thinks girl will be closer to papa..lol

My family is hoping for a boy though, so far my sis has 3 daughters..

ya, I think for #1 usually will be fine with either gender. #2 then will want the opp gender.

This morn, met a neighbor & she asked my gal whether isit a gal or boy in my tummy. My gal told her tt it's meimei!! Hahaa! My neighbor more gan Cheong than me & say best if it's didi!!

My neighbor commented tt pregnant ladies who looked prettier usually will hv gal!! I just smile smile lor!

the teachers at my kids' cc also keep asking me if didi or meimei every few days.
Cos apparently my boy tells everyone it's didi and gal says it's meimei so they got confused.

Asked my girl if its a didi or meimei, she tells me didi. BUT i think my mama psycho her to say that. LOL..
i rmb after #1, i did the ring test again, shows me swinging left right.. duno how true cos i lost one last year. anyway, i guess i have to wait til 22Oct appt.. Long wait..... ))=

think very hard to tell which FM is good. It depends on what your kid can take. Last time I heard Similac is good but my kids couldn't take. They will get constipation and lots of phlegm. We ended up with the Enfa series throughout.

Wenwen: according to old tales.. Painting is a no no..old ppl believe will painting will causes birthmark. Its reali up to individual to believe or not. I do have frds Reno their hse when Preg coz no choice they got to but baby turn out healthy and nutin happen. Of coz I can avoid I avoid lo but sometimes reali no choice then gotta do it.

star_nn: I thought Avent is very popular as my friends are using it. I have Avent bottles too just that my fussy gal refuses &amp; only loves NUK bottles. Plus she wants those soft (ie non-silicon) teats de! V fussy... so I donate my oth bottles to my friends or use them to keep expressed breastmilk lor ;p Yes, the brand of the steriliser doesn't matter.

Michelle: You v ONz leh! Use boil method! But actually it's the "cleanest" method. I'm just lazy... use steriliser easier... plus I scared my maid forgot then later the bottles r melted ;p

Do you mummies feel like puking after your meals? I'm so bloated &amp; full after every meal even though I already eat lesser than b4. V xin ku! I think later tummy bigger will be worse! I had heartburn when I was in my 3rd trimester with #1!

My mum &amp; some auntie frens told me not to do any sewing or watever in our bed especially the one that we slept on.

I also used Avent bottles. I also sterilize using the old mtd of boiling it in water! Gotten used to it after a while
