Vivi - Thoughts of going thru it again horrifies me! All my life I'm not scared of exams, work, bosses etc etc ... But this really is the ultimate.. How I wish I can be like those mothers without symptoms .. 10 months of stomach flu is no joke. I vomit until .......................

Austin_luv/Yoti, my #1 was breech. yes, i also read before that breech babies their motor skills development tend to be slower & more stoopid than babies born naturally since they dont know how to turn down.



well so far my #1 growing well. already crawling & sitting up on his own by 5 months. 10 months already started walking.

According to e lady she did mention a few gynae in e market do charge for collection cord blood ......

My gynae dun charge but he mention SCBB v waste blood wan coz they require 3 tubs of blood where ptd bank only 2 tubes other than this no others issues ......

It gd to store #1 cord blood since u dunno u be having #2 or not .... My case we store our #1 cord blood coz we r unsure we wan #2 ( or should I say with all those food we r eating nw n chemical ard us to strike #2 might be a bit diffcult coz we try 2 yrs plus for bb bunny )

actually if baby walk earlier is no gd leh... crawling helps with their motor skill walkin nothing related to motor skill.. i ever read 1 article it say if ur bb walk early dun be proud be worried wor cos they may have diffcuties concentratin in class or lesson wor... dunno how true thou...

i kenna yeast infection (no smell, no itch..just many discharge) two times liao...and need pessary treatment... think my strep B i will kenna also.



these 2 days, lots of discharges again..but dunno is yeast or mucus plug.

sigh.



as for antibodies, i am on tat drip for #1, cos i dunno when my waterbag leaked and before my gynae able to do strep b test at 37wk. so she just said put on drip to play safe, so dun worry

Don't stress about it.. it is just sometimes bb not cooperative.. Of course there are those 6%.. but dr did FA scan right?? Head development is ok..Dr and next time pd will always check head circumference.. FA scan actually check to see whether all brain parts are in order..

 
yoti, i opt for epidural c-sec.



if u scare, u can opt for GA. was told there might be chance (v low risk) that the baby inside might inhale it & born defect.



fyi, i wept thro my c-sec for my #1 cos i was scare. always hoping for natural. my anaesthetist was there kept wiping off my tears & patting my head. was telling my gynae, i bet this round i sure "tap water" again. :p

 
Oh btw c sect mummies: my girlfriend told me to buy my own binder coz the hospital's one is exp.. Can get from kiddy palace if I'm not wrong.. Not sure if mothercare or other departmental stores sell
