Wah now appetite damn gd. 3 wks gain 2.6kg -.-..

Keep snacking non-stop >.<.



Nurse told me waterbag burst does not necessary come in pinkish or redness.. can be clear water as well. She say water leaking on off cannot control then go see doc.

Ann, the choice was made after I realised that my baby is still not engaged and gynae says that baby has big bone structure. (Size does matter).



Moreover, it is getting too uncomfortable and she is pressing me alot down there.. which makes me leak.



I cannot take this anxiety and also after much consideration... my husb and I like the date we chose (23rd June). You may laugh but my birthday is 23rd July, my husb is 23rd Oct. So we just fixed it on 23rd June. Also checked with the Indian astrologers and 23rd June is very auspicious for the baby and us as parents.



So there goes...Im undergoing the knife... Pray for me okies...

 
I will Jellypurin. My husb will be my designated photographer. I just hope to god.. he wont faint.! hahahaha that would be so hilarious!

i shop on the forum often but not so often now that i am hooked on internet shopping fm the US. i enquired about miu miu bcos i want to know what these sellers are doing w mommies like us... too many fraud cases lately. and truth is, i will not part $ to someone i dunno just like that...

 
Jelly: True.. very hard to see if genuine cases or not. This has also made me stopped shopping via forum recently.

jayamum: oh.. So that's why u decided to do c-sec. Hope everything goes well for u. 23rd june is a gd date for you. Actually my hubby think my BB will also come out on that date too. Haha!! We shall see then.

 
Hi ladies, I definitely think its advisable to bring a pump to hospital (instead of busting your nipples, you can promote milk supply in between latch by pumping as well).



Do ask the nurse how to sterilise in hosp or bring your steralising tablets. For #1, we just pour hot boiling water and the pumped milk was rejected by the nurse . I almost cried after my hardwork of pumping.

For me, its still another 3 more weeks to my ML..cant wait..everyday am dragging myself to work with my poor swollen feet. Nowadays, it seems worse. Even a night of pillow rest doesnt make the swell go down completely.

 
Good morning mummies.



This morning, first time when I pee, I had mucus discharge again. When I pee 2nd time, I had mucus discharge tinged with blood.. 3rd time pee too. I think maybe my mucus plug didn't disintergrate fully last time. Maybe now then trying to finish disintegrating.



Also had some contractions this morning but quite irregular. Maybe more regular then call gynae abt it.



Hubby say maybe today or tomorrow might be the day.

so your pumped milk was rejected coz you only used hot boiling water? does that mean just hot boiling water is not good enuf, so must use either sterilising tablet, boil it for 10mins or use those steam steriliser, right?

just wondering, sometimes my tummy is soft and sometimes it turns hard/tight, like a very inflated balloon and can see baby is in the centre of tummy. is that BH?

oh ok. thanks. i thot so but not sure. so, my body is preparing me for labour oredi. just started having more BH these few days but not regular. and they gave me a feeling of wanting to poo. my mom is predicting that baby will come out early July, once she hits wk37

woah..been awhile since i last login n a few mummies had popped..



just went gyane yest n at 36wks. bb is aready at 3.1kg..wanna faint liao..hoping he won't be a king kong man..



my weight didn't gain anything again and next week gonna be the blood test to check my iron level. even the nurse also find it weird tt i m loosing weight but bb is gaining weight like nobody business..shld be all the reserve i store bah.



Ann: must becareful orh..i almost slip afew times too, but lucky gt walls to hold..yesterday also almost trip when i was rushing to handle some things at work.



i remember there's a mummy whose EDD is same as mine..21 July..wondering had she popped?



ICA: ya, tt's BH..it can tighten a few times in an hr but need to monitor the interval if it's regular..if within 1 hr and the tightening comes in every 10mins, would be best to call gyane straight n head over liao.

my gynae is on leave till next monday... really hope bb can be gd till i see gynae next week.

 
Jayamum: so exciting! i’m in the same situation as u, bb not engaged and in my 38th week. But I asked my gynae, he said I have “lots of time” and told me I can still go for natural birth.

But I’m scared also, did consider opting for c-sect but maybe will see how the baby is on my checkup next week.

Are u doing epi c-sect or under GA?

yes, she did when i saw her at Wk33. at time time amniotic fluid a bit too much, so she asked whether i was having contractions. i said tightening only. so she did a VE, no dilation. will be seeing her tmrw, so will be expecting another VE?

my baby oredi 3.2kg at wk35, and big headed some more. the weight estimate not 100% accurate, so no worry. will start monitoring my BH. now still irregular



both vivi & i, our EDD 21 July but vivi's gonna pop anytime according to our gynae

Yest nite b4 I went to sleep, wanted to drink the chocolate milk (Marigold) tetra pack type...drank 1 sip & quickly vomitted out.



the milk has gone bad...sour & smells damn bad!



Vomitted quite a bit after that, so scare the bacteria will enter into my system & BB will be affected.



now I hv a phobia of drinking that brand chocolate milk!

ya, weight is est only but still kinda scary to knw bb is growing so fast inside. 1 week only he gain like 400 - 500g..=.=!!



while me is gain nth or tt mere 200g since last week..also gd lah..bb help mi get rid of the extra storage fats i had inside..



i didn't ask gyane if bb head is big or not..maybe i shld ask him on next week visit..i only knw bb gt big big tum tum..big n round (shld be the effect of eat too much)

 
Ica- me 2 many people says going to pop out week 37, early july.. legs swell,hand swell, bh getting regular.



BB head down but not engaged yet so i think by week 37 if bb too big n my blood pressure high sure gynae will suggest induced labour.

 
Mrslong: must check expiry date ar, n smell the milk before drinking even it's 1-2days before expiry date.



drink more water today to do some cleansing n system flushing if u feels uneasy..u will be fine, don't worri too much orh..

I also experienced BH yesterday and it was my 1st time feeling it. Should be BH if thats wat you mommies describe as tighting for the tummy. But it only lasted for a while and didnt occur again after that.



But nowadays, tummy felt so heavy, especially when i stand up from a sitting position, always have the urge to pee..

Ica, yes by just pouring the hot boiling water over is not enough (not sterile for newborn). It was at thomson but I am not sure whether is it that particular nurse only… I was sooo upset.

I guess have to ask the hosp nurse how to handle this in hosp before you pump , incase it goes to waste.

the milk hasn't expire yet but think cuz the packaging has some leakage, so caused the milk to go bad. No wonder when I take out the packet, I saw brown stains at the bottom of the packet. After that, I threw away the remaining 4 other tetra packs...scared oredi :p

i have tummy tighting for twice, one is after i ate 3 bak zhang continuously,

another time was last sat, after i ate 1 big bowl of yong tau fu with mee, 1 bowl of laksa & cendol..

is it bcos i ate too much or caused by BH? im in my 38 weeks pregnancy now..

sounds like you ate too much. hehehe. so envious, can still eat so much. for me, when i have BH, can see the shape of the baby in the middle of tummy, like it's concentrated right in the middle, vertically

ica, nowadays if i eat too much ll feel tummy tightening, unlike 2nd trimester, can eat as much as i like..

my poor gal sure feel very narrow inside my stomach but i just cant resist the temptation..hehe..

 
Hi all mummies, my Edd also in jul, now in my 38th week but gynae did not do ve and my baby not engaged yet. If baby not engaged, does it mean cannot deliver naturally? I forgot to ask my gynae. Thanks.

 
I think I so "traumatised" by the breast feeding for #1 that all I can think of in packing my hosp bag is my pump, nursing bra, nipple cream and breast shells. HAHAAA

 
happy bee,my doc said bb will only full engage when we going to deliver, so not to worry, i think still can deliver naturally..

btw, when is ur edd? hehe,mine is 4th july, gynae oso nvr do VE for me..he said do it only when im going to give birth wor..

I'm popping this week as well on 27th June via C-sect with epi. Very nervous cos 1st time doing a major surgery but excited cos finally can see BB.
