Can I have the list of confinement herbs please?
When I called my CL a few weeks ago, she said just need to buy ingredients for red date longan tea. The rest can wait till after i give birth but I think it is bad to ask my blur hubby to go and buy those alone! *haiz*

i guess most of the ladies enjoying their buffet lunch at aquamarine now while I am still slogging in office

my previous induction insert a pill and break water bag, did not put on drip...
oh i slept peacefully after i put epi leh, then after 2 hours, the nurse wake me up to check that i am 6cm dilate told me to be ready else I would continue to sleep haha...

ya i guess you understand what i mean right? becoz previous time too routine and prepared so afraid this 2nd time dunno what to prepare...

some gynae able to massage the bb so bb can turn however, i am not sure at week 33 still can do it or not. Did you check with your gynae?

Yes I agree. For my case is once I gave birth while in the hospital my mum will go to the medical hall to tell them if I'm natural birth or c-section and the auntie will pack for me accordingly.....

i've to abstain coz avoiding all milk food after i deliver. My boy has milk allergy so i'm trying to reduce any contact with milk till she's older. I'll feed her Nan HA if there's a need for FM. Can't be helped coz better like that than later develop allergy due to early contact.
Both my hb and i have allergies and i've eczema. So actually those with history, better keep away from FM till later.

hey, that reminds me, i've packs & 1 tin of milk powder for breastfeeding moms. anybody wants? Can just hop over at my place in AMK.
