Very hard to get money cai!!! My hubby loves the mee hoon kuey with money cai ... there is a foodcourt at city plaza which sells the mee hoon kuey with money cai ... everytime when we go ntuc, we'll go look for the vege but never seems to find it. Maybe this sat i'll try our market.

Ladies ... looking fwd to our lunch later. I can only reach around 1+ cos i knock off at 1pm

Jus an update on my 32 weeks check up ytd.. BB is 1.7kg head down liao but ytd cannot take any pic of her cos she is facing her back to me.. can oni see her spine ytd.. gynea say bb nomal size.. but seem small compare to the mummies here.. that wat I tell my hubby. . so I tell him we can hav durian this weekend.. hehe
 
hi all morning! Can I check if I have extremely swollen feet that I cant feel my right last toe, will I be hospitalised? I have brought forward my appointment to today already. Now resting at home, waiting for appt at 6.20pm.
 
I yesterday 9pm go for the hearbeat monitoring test -1hr at TMC as I experience sharp pain on and off . Dr Woo check say nothing and no leaking so be safe call me faster go hosiptal do a check . 1st time go delivery ward heehee , aiyo why the bed no TV isit all mummy too painful until cant watch tv har .

really scare me heng the heartbeat is normal , when monitoring bb keep kicking like he know there is some equipment on it .

no idea leh, maybe check with your gynae? U probably will need to check your urine test to see if your kidney is doing well. In the meantime, drink more water and lift your legs up.

Btw my gynae also Woo bit hua actually he say bb at gd weight la but jus me think that bb like not big enough.. haha

at least your hb can recog money cai. so 1 hurdle down. think if i go mkt, i also won't know what it is.
That time i saw a bunch of leaves that looks like the one in the pic, end up it's gou qi.
 
Jacq: Now at work leh , oh you also Dr Woo , I also dunno is it false this week keep having sharp pain and alway after making "big: business I ok only yesterday the pain continue.

Me 32week , bb 1.9kg he already say abit too big but ok still dun need to control . He tell me what 32 week average should be 1.5-1.6 . Maybe he a careful doc dunwan bb to be to big so mummy wont be in hard labour . Some mummy here 32 week already 2.2kg lor

Yup.. I also think water retention. When I walked.. I can feel the water on my leg shaking. abit scary.. hmm. I hope I'd be given bed rest order or something using HL.. Cos my mc no more le. Anyone with same symptoms like me? I am in my 32 weeks though..
 
bean, no need to worry about bb's weight because it's just an estimate only. some bb come out heavier, some come out lighter, than the estimated scan weight.

Swollen feet and fat fingers. Just drink more water, eat less salty stuff and put your feet up. Mine usually go away after a day or two. I've given up on wearing shoes, so now wear slippers everywhere.

That bad huh? Mine until yest cant feel my right last toe.. numbness feeling like that. my leg really like elephant leg lor. my doc is John Tee,at kkh.. dont know if he can help. They say some doc quite strict right? But if really bad.. I really think I need to rest..

true true.. i stay wdlands.. work at bendemeer.. real hard time walking.. soemtimes i really take my time to walk. everyday late. lol.
 
Once question : Normal delivery of bb is check in hosiptal at night har is it ? or afternoon ?

Yesterday I in delivery ward for my heartbeat monitor , have a few bb delivery leh , werid is I dun hear any pain sound coming from mummy only bb cry . ( The delviery ward is so quiet )

dunno leh. But i remember when i went in at night after midnight, got quite a lot of mummies. Maybe more pp deliver at night? Or start their contractions at night?
 
fifi, maybe you walk too much that's why got swollen feet ? can you request to work from home ?

bean, maybe the mummies are on epidural, so they are happy, don't feel pain :D

Bean, the delivery suite at TMC got tv leh. Maybe you were at the observation ward huh? That one got no tv and got a few beds. You will be at the observation ward 1st then send to delivery suite on THE day.

Mashy/Pegsfur, huh...you mean you ladies going to find the money cai now and start eating liao ah?

I just asked my mum about the money cai. She says wet market should have but you cannot find it there all the time.Sometimes have...sometimes don't have. Maybe when I see my neighbour then I ask her about it. My neighbour is wholesale veg one.

agree. i remember just panting and breathing hard. Guess the screaming only comes from those who didn't take epidural and at the last stage of delivery. Many should be taking epidural bah...

hospital daily rates starts from that day midnite mah? sooo more worth it if you check in then?

it;s something to do along that line lar.. dunno how to explain.. i know some gynae will ask their patients to check in at 1130pm or after 12am type.. for induction? for monitoring?

Heard that the medical shops earn as much as 100% profit on that dong cong cao. So obscene!
 
Mashy, okie...will check with my neighbour then let you all know. Not easy to bump into her though coz she works from 12.30am till 7am. So when I sleep, she goes out and when she sleeps, I wake up.

Smurfy, yes...I think go to hosp at 11.30pm or 12am then its next day charge.
That time I check in at 7plus in the evening then end up stay another day in the ward so must pay one more day.

So this time if I got mild contraction in the evening, I will wait till midnite then go. Hahahaha..scarli seh at home!
 
Irene : ya maybe is observation ward , is the 1st room beside the nurse information counter . So scare of epi injection scare of pain ...... I stupid la go see the 3D video on how epi work ,aiyo so scary . Actually need to dilated how many CM then bb can come out har ?

Joeey : ya lor maybe No pain after epi .
Some maybe can " REN " so wont scream also .

Mashy : How much u pay for the herbs for confinement ?
