tinkles mum,
rc_cola mentioned this morning about 4 EARLY signs:
1. loose stools (is this counted as lao sai?)
2. baby position has dropped lower, can breathe easier but pee much more frequently
3. more n more braxton hicks, more intense
4. more discharge
at this moment, i'm feeling sharp pains now and then.. but the funny thing is...... my legs are very cramped.. the cramp feeling is so painful... isn't it supposed to be my tummy....... haywire....

i found a 3rd mummy alrdy.. but not from our may thread..
she is ordering the allison one (currently out of stock) but the lady selling says can order the ones that are not available.. just pay first and when stock arrives, self collect..
but the one u want and the one i want she has in her shop already!

i went to pink palour today.! hahaaa...the service there is quite good.! Done i half hour. feel so clean now.!
btw, went for checkup today, he's engaged.! horray.!! weighing 2.7kg.
went to nursery an request for glass bottles as well and given 10 of it.! heheee... gonna try to request more during my next visit..

Just to share...
I am a March09 MTB and gave birth to my little bundle of joy recently..
I have engaged the services of Mdm Ida and would like to share my wonderful experience with u ladies...
Per session with Mdm Ida is $50/- and it includes the following
-baby's massage
-bathing of baby if you dont have confinement lady
-showing of charcoal down south so that the epi stitches will heal faster and v tightens
-massage of mummy with home made oil
-wrapping of the tummy after applying jamu herbs
-she also provides free body scrub,feminine wash and baby's massage oil.
So far it is gonna be a week and I have lost about four kg so far. She is really patient and everything that she does, she explains it. She also taught me how to massage my baby with the massage oil provided by her. My baby truly enjoys the massage. The oil also prevents the stomach from being bloated and even if baby does not burp, the oil will cause the baby to fart out the air instead..
As for the charcoal, it really helped me to heal my stitches and she will teach us how to do it by ourselves as it is encouraged to be done once a month after our menses..
She is really very good and understanding and you could neva feel more comfortable with a massage lady..
She also very strict when it comes to committing to her customers.. If she is available she will confirm with you and if she is not she will tell u upfront.
She does not take any deposit and just have to pay her on every visit..
I am truly enjoying her massage and so is my baby...
Good things are meant to be shared..

haa! my family abit similar to urs.. coz my younger sis's brithday today 0404, then my elder boy's birthday 1010, but i think very slim chance for my younger boy's birthday 0505 coz my EDD is 3105.. hope ur wish come true!

Please bring along your original marriage cert, a photocopy of the bank book in which you want the CDA to be credited into if you want to process the birth cert and CDA stuff at the hospital. Its a one stop centre so save us of all the hassle.

While i hope to deliver soon, i am telling my baby to stay as long as it can inside me cos she is just too small to come out. There are 5 preggies in my school now and i am the 3rd one to pop. The first one has just started her ML..so exciting

Mummies > I had asked this before but wanna sorta cfm again. The EDD given to us is based on LMP or by frequent scanning from our gyne? Which one more precise? My LMP is 26 July then the GP at polyclinic told me EDD is 1st May and was referred to KKH to see a gyne. Then when I did my 1st scan and blood test blah blah....I was told it's 19 May. Then I decided to change to a pte gyne (currently Dr Adrian W) and did the 1st DS scan at TMC and it showed 15 May...so how ah?
Possible for me to pop in April too? If so, my superior will be terribly upset....whahahhaha.....

those things can bring on subsequent days.. 'cos u will be staying there at least 2 days..
Unless u discharge the following day which is what I did when I birth #2.

poohwei, my gynae say my baby is normal weight lah..but i still find it a bit light...cos some mummy's baby here seems like very heavy leh...where do u stay ? i bgt our durians in punggol..cheap and nice lah...no need invest in too good durians like mao shan wang...scarly all the weight goes to mummy not baby...haha

EDD will be more accurate after bb scan by the gynae.. it will be kept adjusting until more or less fixed... ur case, shd be 15th to 19th, definately not 1st..
'cos every women's period cycle is different, it varries from 28 days cycle to 35 days cycle. if you have not known ur cycle, they will based on standard cycle which is 28days.. hence, in this case, not so accurate if based on LMP.

Baby May/Bean - Thanks for your well wishes! My little gal has a bad throat infection and her temp. is roller coastering now, brought her to see another paediatrician today.
Seen gynae today too, my little boy is doin fine. Gynae asks me to mk sure little ox kicks at least 10 times daily.

mine was over in 20 mins, ya, i timed them. haha... happens to have a clock inside the room.
which hospital did u request for bottles? they give free even if haven't deliver?
