Hi Porky,
I think many pple went to him cos his package is cheap,tat y he got alot of patient. The nurses there damn rude one also..
my hubby n mil insist to go for check-up. i did went down n do CTG,baby is ok.
then my hubby rest assured..

jasmine, since bb is fine then u do not need to worry so much...my gynae is dr adrian woodworth..he also dont talk much unless u ask him questions..my visit always less than 5 mins only, but i am comfortable and get use to his style already

Since u are comfortable n used to his style,should be ok.
Think i will try another gynae for my next one since my hubby n me dun like my gynae style and attitude.

I am a mac user too;p Simply love it ! Photos and videos are sop easy to manage and share. Been using for abt 5 years .

I got warded in the labor ward before CNY and there was this lady who was admitted at abt 1am as she kept complaining her tummy aches and kept asking the nurse to give her an injection as it was too much for her to take.
The nurse replied she had to call the gynae first-Dr Lawrence Ang first .Then i overheard the nurses saying Dr Ang asked the patient to go to the 24 hr clinic to see a doc first. But after seeing the doc the patient still complains of the pain and she kept vomiting and asking for Dr Ang. But he didnt turn up till 7am! My hubby and i were quite shocked he took so long to come. And when he came , he told the patient that the pain could be due to appendicitis and asked her to go Tan Tock Seng! My thoughts were if he has attended to her earlier, this lady wouldnt have suffered thru the night and could have received treatment earlier!

Jasmine, your gynae so bo chap. You fell down and he still can say alot of patients, you must wait. It is good that you insisted and go down to check. Luckily your baby is ok.

Gd morning mummies, I am a little under the weather today, down with slight flu but i am not going to take any medication, maybe jus pop Vitamin C pills and drink tons of water and maybe some OJ.
Today's rainy so cant wash all the diapers and baby clothes again ... sigh... sure hope i wont have to go thru any last min bad rush man!
Anyway I am heading out for quick lunch and some errands. Enjoy your slow and relaxing weekend everyone

finally had a good nite sleep last nite -- feel so good to be back home! my bb is actively kicking thru out the day/nite -- so i m assure that she is doing ok... i still hv slight pinkish discharge but gynae said nothing to worry

hubby was working while i was warded
he brought along my fav CD and connect to external speaker... dunno can bring it to delivery suite -- think music will help me to relax

My gynae is Dr Paul Tseng.. very handsome guy..this is the 2nd time I am using him.. he's very pro-natural.
I think most O & G nowsaday won't talk much as MTB like us would most likely be reading up lots on birth..hencem unless in doubt, qns asked then they reply.

for those bar type stoller, think the diaper bag must be single strip and long, so that it can be hang over the whole bar. Else, may nid to get stroller hook to attached, then hang the bag. must be careful when u do this as the bag may be heavier than bb.. hence, triggle a topple over..,therefore, not advisable!

Or i know some gynae's practice is for patients to go to TMC and get the nurse to page them . my gynae practises that cos he feels that everyone has different threshold of pain and if you sense something is not right like baby not moving regularly, tummy pain, constipation , you should go straight to TMC and he will attend to you within an hr from the time nurse page (if it's outside the consultation hours)

I have seen many cases where the parents dun know how to handle them the correct way:
1. carry the stroller with bb inside up the stairs, holding to the stroller bar instead of the stroller frame! Stroller bar is detachable.. hence, will give way anytime!
2. did not stripe the bb properly, when pushing the pram down stairs, did not lift up the front, just push like normal road, the poor bb fell on the floor!
3. hanged too much stuff on the pram, when carry the bb up, the pram topple over!

Did your gynae ask how you fell down? I fell sometimes in Dec (after christmas - cant remember at how many weeks).. called up my gynae, the nurse immediately asked me to go for check up, and when i reached i was prioritised.. that was my experience

WE tend to be clumsier when nearer to EDD. So please more careful.

The Cappella stroller I gotten from another mummy already got straps taped to the handle of the stroller so the one I purchased at Taka Baby Sale seems like white elephant. Saw many parents are doing that or dunno if the straps comes with attached double sided tapes loh. Else other parents buy those S-shape plastic hooks to hang onto the handle of the stroller.
As always, dun overload the back of the stroller else will increase the hazard of stroller toppling or baby falling backwards.

I also slipped in the carpark some time back. I did a half split when my right feet slip forward and my left knee hit the ground. I immediately stand up after that. Luckily, only my knee hit the ground. Only my left knee got abit of bruise so I was more shocked than anything. (I think it is my left knee cause now it still ache). We tend to be more clumsy now so have to be careful when we walk.
