yah buy GD cards 2nd hand cos BN cost at least $1500 for the full Eng, Maths and Chinese cards. $1800 if you include GD Encyclopedia.
In fact, I just helped my SIL to buy one Eng and Maths set at $300 for both, which is a really really good buy. Most 2nd hand Eng/Chinese sets are still $250 or more per set, maths tends to be slightly cheaper. Found it by a stroke of luck.
Or you can buy from dajiadiy which is the cheapo malaysia version. I bought the maths and chinese sets. Much lesser cards than GD of course e.g. maths dots from 0 to 50 only, not to 100. But I figured at 20plus dollar per set I shouldn't complain. I posted the BP link before ... can;t find it liao. Think Pumpkin tried inviting the lady to our sleepworkshop before. she might still have the contact details.
For english, I bought an original 2nd hand GD set instead as there are more than 1000 cards and it would take forever to make on my own. Hope this helps.

I am ok now. Am really glad to have popped panadol in time. Pain wise, bb grace has been a wonderful little helper. She worked really hard to help me release milk from the plugged ducts. I suspect that the blockage is still there because the pain comes back really fast in between feeds, but at least the degree of pain has been subsiding. I also found that even a Medela PIS is useless in the face of really bad blockage. During those times when baby refused to nurse and my pump didn't seem to work, I resorted to hand expressing. Painstakingly squeeze out 20 to 30ml more. takes me forever but at least it works.
Re: giving up bf-ing.
Yah lah said it in a moment of defiance. In fact, my MS seemed to have plummeted big time yesterday. Could only get 70ml + 20mp handexpress after 4 hours interval. Panicked big time. Luckily I have a fair amount of frozen milk for her. Am praying that my MS resumed to normal amount soonest.

saw your message on the sunshine books. Wow so expensive. I think I will pass. Will scout for good 2nd hand deals. In fact, I just spent close to $200 buying off Ebay liao. Very worth it cos there 56 books in total and a Leapfrog Little touch pad in pink heeeeeeeee. Can;t wait for my books to arrive so I have more stories to read to her. Think I need to set up a pink or white coloured bookshelf for her liao.
