Hi Mummies . My birth story which is funny and drama :
2 Mar after fetching my maid , I been having contractions but still able to bear with it . Only in the evening the contaction is more intensive but still can tahan . At around 10pm , hubby and me wanted to admit hosiptal but then the contractions is abt 10 mins apart so we stay in the car outside Mount E Hosiptal waiting whether to admit into hospital and somemore I not yet collect my admission letter from my gynea which I suppose to get it from them on the next visit . At 12am , decide to go to delivery suite to ask them whether I need to admit to hosiptal since my contractions around 10 mins apart . Then the nurse check contactions and cervix only open at 1cm so not in labour yet and this can last for a few days to weeks before delivered . So call gynea and gynea give me option to go home to wait and see him next morning in his clinic so in the end I discharge as outpatient that night and went home to rest .
3 Mar at 10am , popped at gynea clinic for check up and still have contractions that I still can tahan . When gynea checked my cervix only 1.5cm so tell me I got 2 options , since I only 35 weeks plus , either stop contractions or accelarate the process that is induce but I know that induce high chance lead to c-sect which I don't want so give me MC to rest at home and take ventolin to stop contractions .
3 Mar at 12 noon , contractions getting very bad that I cried at home while trying to tahan the pain .
At 1pm , contractions getting from bad to worst till I decided that forget it man , whether to c-sect or induce , just admit to hosiptal first then but at that time really had a hard time as the pain was terrible that I cannot even walk . I also don't know how I managed to get into the car and went to hosiptal .
At 2pm , reach hospital delivery suite and told the nurse to call my gynea , whether to induce or c-sect anything up to them since I cannot tahan the pain anymore , when the nurse checked my cervix , told me I already dilated to 4cm and in labour already . Took the epidural as cannot tahan the pain and then once done was waiting for the cervix to dilate to 10cm .
at 6pm , my waterbag burst and gynea on the way and once he here , was asked to push and with 3rd push and gynea forceps , baby Bryan is out as baby already started to pass motion so cannot wait anymore so gynea help is needed . Wt abt 2.9kg at 35 weeks and 6 days . Baby was in NICU for the next 6 days due to jaundanice and back with me on this Monday while I already discharged from hosiptal last Thurs .
Breast milk : I managed to pump abt 80ml this week for each pump and hope I have the preservence to continue pumping .
