Yup, in excel format very neat and nice but not everyone can do it in excel format which very hard to update ownself.

No worries, symptoms are on and off. Just like gals who have MS, it's on and off. I think your body has it's own way of accommodating to changes. Some takes longer, some are quicker.

Now i've no appeitite..whenever i think about chinese food I feel nauseous.Im worried abt what to eat for lunch later. last night when my hb refused to bring me to eat Subway for dinner (cos MIL cooked dinner already) i was so irritated and unhappy.i couldn't eat any rice and had only fried salmon and prawns for dinner. At night around 9plus then we went for subway supper. I was only appeased then. I dunno why i became like this..as usually i was quite ok with any food, i mean not so picky. anyone reacts the same? Does this mean i've craving for Subway?

i have craving for subway when expecting #1 but that was when i am in my 2nd/3rd trimester. 1st trimester i have no appetite/craving. My colleague told me to avoid Subway as they have the cold cut meat (turkey/ham) which is no gd for bb. But i still eat them moderately

yesterday, i had mos burger, i asked them not to include the fresh veggie + onion + mayonnise lei... the my hb said next time dun eat mos burger liao since i only eat bread + meat hahaha

I took their oven roasted chicken breast one with honey oat bread and honey mustard sauce yesterday. hehehe..i try to avoid cold stuff as i know it is bad for bb.

yesterday me bought another test kit from clearblue to test &amp; re-confirm HCG, yes it's still positive. Hubby say waste $, if positive wont turn negative one....but me just wanna make sure *DUH* cos still cannot believe #2 to arrive so soon when #1 is still only 6mths. My gynae appoint at 5.30pm...counting down...

i think eat one whole burger should be ok lah, jst avoid those really dangerous things. can imagine if we hv to start restricting our diet so much now, then after gving birth, still hv to restrain ourselves if we decide to bf, so ke lian!

I tink I can't crave for any food liao....coz the food I crave for r unhealthy junkie like pig trotter, bak gut teh, chilli crab, steak, those hign cholestore food... yesterday check wif my gynae tat my pressure r high...sianz...

Last pregancy nt so worst....a bit high nia...after give birth oso high...so I suspect tis pregnancy will be higher....really chun loh... Gynae ask mi to buy the blood pressure equipment n test myself regularly...

hey, rule of thumb, 1st trimester try to eat healthily, take gd care of ourself so that we'll be free of any bug virus (flu/fever/cough etc) as 1st trimester, we can't take strong medication/antibiotics as it's bad for bb. Occasional fast food is okay. I like KFC, french fries &amp; spicy stuff when expecting #1.

have been very busy since yesterday.. no time to login.. only know the nausea feeling getting from bad to worst (luckily no vomiting) and i am adverse to alot of smell (food, perfume, smoke ...).. argh...

can help to update my edd (21/03/2008). Thanks.
 
btw, for those mtbs who cannot even stomach water, my gynae advised to sip on H2O istonic drink during my first pregancy. This is help replenish water n minerals lost.

mine long story la...struggle sometime b4 decide to keep this baby. I also scare dunno can cope anot. When the boat reach the dock, it will be straight.

Do take note if u have high blood pressure/high in sugar level, must watch your diet k, limit the amount of sugar intake daily. Else, later gynae will ask u take glucose test, gotta prick yrself &amp; watch diet throughout pregnancy.

My gal oso veri sticky out of no reason, juz on the veri day I discover I am pregnant(veri funny)...I oso dunno I can cope or nt...gynae ask mi nt to carry her too much...or best try nt to carry her loh... Tis is secondary... nw I only scare my high blood pressure will affect tis BB...
 
Hi Steph,

I took only the 6inch lah. Cos it was quite late already at 9plus at night..i dun really want to eat that much.
But after eating the 6inch also feel like nothing. :p suddenly i realised i can eat like a pig.
now it's lunch time....i dunno what to have for lunch!!

I had High BP when I went gynae the other day for my pregnancy test. Actually it's on the high borderline. How to prevent high BP besides taking less salt/sugar and relax more?

But I keep having cramps (no bleeding/spotting) and occassion headaches. But I have great appetite, ate non stop but still not full. But I think the eating cause me wind in the stomach.

Wonder can pregnant women eat snacks like potato chips?

Feel like eating but scare of affect baby. What kind of snack is good and taste nice too for pregnant women?

What kind of clothes do you get? Find that my tummy getting bigger...feel very tied with my old clothes.
 
hi oppsgal,

potato chips contain lots of MSG and preservatives etc. you may like to snack on healthy fresh fruits or dried fruits as well as nuts. but avoid consuming excessive peanuts to prevent peanut allergy in bb.

i presumed so. i read from a pregnancy book i borrowed from the library to avoid excessive peanuts.

in fact, i'm eating those healthy baked cocktail nuts with almonds, walnuts, raisins, dates and peas. munch on these when my mouth is itchy.

Hi ladies, I am wondering. have all MTBs decide on your delivery hospital? Coz by week 12 we have to let the nurse know which hospital we want and the number of bed.
