last night i had kfc, after just 1 pc, i puke like crazy...
i am also like some of u, cannot take milk. milk makes me sick!

mayb BB dun like KFC, mine's a junkie. Loved all fast food and red meat esp steak!

I too cant take milk. esp powdered milk. Dunno can try Fresh goat's milk or not. Feels like ordering Hay's Goats milk.

My 2 cents worth on ginseng... if I'm not wrong, there is a diff. Ginseng is ren sheng, diff from pao sheng.

I think ultimately, its really up to us how much faith we have in TCM. Most gynae will advise against it as they always say don't know the effect scientifically. I'm a believer in TCM since young, so when in doubt during pregnancy, I will consult my TCM what can or cannot take. Coming to think of it, TCM has been taken by many generations before us and no problem wor

Fu Hua Uncle told you that "Pao Sheng" is good right? Actually it's true, my MIL also buy "Pao Sheng" and boil with the Bird's Nests for me. She says it will "Bu Qi" and dunno what else. But it's so bitter and I dun like it, she goes very little with it. For the quantity, i find it more expensive than Bird's Nests.

Better than me loh, waited so long and can't confirm gender yet, wanna buy things also cannot. and my MIL has been asking so many times the passed weeks on the gender, I dunno how many more times I must hear her asking me for the next 4 weeks. Oh ya, and congrats to all who know your BB gender recently. My gynae visit is next Tue, anxiously waiting for it. Also hope this visit will get clearance from doc to do swimming etc cos the last time I visited him, got brown spotting and he say still can't. My poor back is in need of some aqua therapy!

its much better for me now, though sometimes still feel abit bloated &amp; tongue tasteless. I'm wk 16 now

Re soya bean milk:
I'm been taking it since even b4 pregnancy cos I've high cholestrol (bleh...even though I have no wt issue and my parents don't have), so can't take milk. Asked my gynae ok to take soy milk instead and he say no prob

Last time my last 2 preg , I drank a lot of soya milk almost everyday , warm freshly brewly without sugar . For those having boys , it's best not to drink too much soya as there is some saying that soya will make the boy more femine something like that ..

No Bottom Up view, cos BB keep moving and difficult to catch him/her. So it's only the Top-down view and the sides. Haizzz...BB is like Hyperactive and also not Guai loh. U all can capture BB on Bottom-Up view??? So nice...I can see my Gynae tried his best, to change angles here and there and in the end, he says the angles not accurate...cannot confirm yet. Sianzzz and the next thing I knew when out of the room, my MIL called. I told my hubby to tell her it's a girl, but my hubby hesitated and said to his mum cannot confirm yet. So I tested correctly from my hubby's reaction that his mum really yearning for a Boy loh...

3rd Nov is my detailed scan, by the time i shld be in my 21st week, maybe I can book one week earlier to do the scan. Since one mummy has mentioned that Detailed Scan can be done between 19 to 22 weeks.

At first my gynae also said my bb not guai, not cooperate enough. After he turn the angle here and there, finally bb open his leg big big for us to see and thats is where i can see so clearly the 'W' shape and i know its a boy before my gynae told me.

Haha, my bb gal was lazy la so could scan her bottom view with no problems. But a detail scan should be much clearer. What does your hubby prefer? Anyway, my PIL weren't that excited about my preggy since they already have 2 grandsons from my SIL. But it's okay. I have no expectations on others and my happiness doesn't depend on my PIL! Haha
