i took oatmilk instead of milk . it helps. Oat milk is easier to digest.. at least i dont feel bloated or indigested after each drink.. . usually i bought the kind with 5 grains.
whenever i feel hungry yet bloated for dinner, i will take porridge..or smething light.. its easier to digest.. 1hr before going to sleep drink oatmilk (or milk) with 1 biscuits so that i wont feel hungry in the middle of night..
i am still snacking on rasins.. coz i find biscuits can be too dry since i had freq constipation..
