i'm generally not very active nor athletic so i still feel pretty much the same, inflexible and clumsy LOL but i think after pregnancy ur body is not as supple nor strong as pre-preg, maybe due to lower level of activity. i think if u go back to doing some exercises or weight training, u'll regain the same level of health and strength.
