i am not lar. commonsense makes the world go round.
btw, i passed by buona vista today and saw so many buildings hor, i wondered which was yours. then i calculated your place to work = how many stops, think "wah kam still need to change at JE = squeeze with the rest" etc etc...dreaming about you leh. and the buildings near the mrt like a bit steep slope-y kind issit

pixie,
ventilated kitchen just install kitchen exhaust ventilation hood & canopy or ductwork to transfer the smoke/grease-laden vapor out! But i doubt pple wanna do this nowadays cos ex le.
My hood at home not for high duty so not able to absorb smoke/vapor well if really deep frying/cooking etc.

luca
its allright to feel as such once in a while then we will realise actually we are very 幸福, then go home will tend to be nicer to our family members, especially our whiny tods/grumbling hbs/irritating ILs...
and oso to realised that we are all each 1 part of the universe

Pixie,
Thanks for dreaming of me. Yes, I am in one of the buildings lor up on the steep slope, difficult to describe which one, you drop by one day and I can show you my workplace :) I don't have to change and squeeze cos I drive, hehe.

steph
they cook ley, not i cook. their vapors drift up into my kitchen, my clothes hanging above sure kena the cooking smell...sianz...
even if i onz the hood, my clothes sure kena the smell coz it reaches my clothes 1st leh.
i shut close all windows oso got the lingering smell...and my neighbour hor...dunno which floor, 4am plus can fry egg, hotdog etc for bfast, then 3 meals all got fry this or that kind...dumpling time, 3am still boiling the glutinous rice or frying the ingredients
that time CNY for the reunion dinner, just delivered X, i smelt her cooking at 4am while feeding my boy milk

kam
oh yah hor, i forgot abt that. coz i was thinking when you were preggy with #2 then how to squeeze with so many ppl in JE interchange station etc...
