mandy, a few feb08 mummies bought the 彩虹系列 (45 books for about RM200) http://www.pelangibooks.com/module/series/series.aspx?seriesid=SBSGRC01 through Tongtong. I bought the 小宝贝图画书series http://www.pelangibooks.com/module/series/series.aspx?seriesid=SBSGSC19 and 15 books from 彩虹系列 due to lack of space.
Pixie, I don't dare to eat durian liao cos already last leg of pregnancy. Wait if baby is too big, very hard to push.

its called seng kee mushroom minced pork noodles at 316 changi road. its diagonally opp hupfarri and its amongst all the toilet, tiles equipment kind. and opp seng kee is the durian stall "wonderful" aka wang de fu...you'll see 1 super fat guy like sumo wrestler, he is the boss.
be friendly to him and you'll get good prices for durians lah.

Actually I don’t know about pelangi books until some mummies talked about it in forum. So since I went back KL last few weeks I helped them get some. And after I bot it I find it quite nice too and will get the same too. I think all childen books are the same la, the only plus point to get from KL is becuz it’s RM.

pixie, yea actually i put wrongly, its RM 1000. but i cant edit liao. initially i put thi min order because i dont charge shipping, so that i can have more order to justify ma, can cover a bit my petrol and toll cost. anyway if i dont hit 1k, i will still get for u ok! dont worry hehe.

Getting rid of corn
wat is the most effective of getting rid of corn ah ? My sole is hurting me badly now... I went pedicure last week only the lady told me I have corn.. Ya I know tat's y so bad. After the pedi it got better but after a week the skin grow and pain again... I tried those corn plaster from the pharmacy but once I put it on walk abt the plaster gone out of place leh and dirty my shoes too cos it's medicated.... anybody got such corn experience to share wif me bo ?

Chaye, you know non-stick pan has got disadvantage because they are made from chemical and if we accidently scrap it too hard the metal will come out? It’s poisonous. But for this ceramic non-stick, it’s made from no –chemical wor cuz it’s made from ceramic, and got dunno what other advantage too. It’s very expensive in KL but cheap in Sg! My dad already got one for my sis, and now I also itchy wanna get one for myself. Hehe. u work at bugis or orchard?
Chaye, I even more tui for the flask hor. My dad went to buy tiger one from fairprice extra. Then I told him OG got sales leh!! And I got the OG coupon to buy the zori similar flask at I think $42. then he said I will take the tiger flask, and get the zori one for him when I go back KL.

Chaye, I have one of those ceramic non stick frying pan (the smallest one, yellow in colour) I use it to fry eggs, not bad. The brand is Neoflam. Isetan also having sale now.

Ya, not cheap. That's why can only buy during good sale. I bought it at 20% off, during another sale, it was 40% off. I'm waiting for them to come out with the skillet wok though.

Chaye, the last sale was at Tampine Mall atrium sale. There's a Isetan here but after renovation, they removed the toys/household section. I didn't buy also cos I already bought it earlier.

MIA for a long time liao...cos just went Osaka for a weeks break. Nice cool weather and got some great buys for my boy...ear thermometer for less than $50 and a set of hair-cutting scissors (1 normal and 1 for layering) for less than $30

I bought 3 pairs of training pants for less than $8 in Osaka so thinking of trying out toilet-training
My boy also started to tell us when he wants to poo but problem is he will poo immediately after telling us...hahaha. I don't even have the chance to bring him to toilet leh. So must train him to wait until we reach the potty or toilet first.

just bought some Disney ones 3 layer, 3 for $9 from BP too. The nissen 4 layers ones seem better though, 4 for $9.90, pre order from another BP.

eh...it's a japanese brand Elfin Doll which I don't see in spore or in sprees. It's a huge store which sells all sorts of baby and kids products. It's 3 layers (i think) for JPY499 ($7.50). I also bought 3 toothbrush for $6 which is a steal considering the Oral B ones which I get in Spore is about $3 plus each. Paiseh...talking non-stop about shopping again

Z driving me crazy...he's getting so notti nowadays & refusing to sleep (noon nap) on Sat & Sun. Usually he will take 2hrs nap but on both days NONE! Once on bed, he kept jumping up/down/abt & doing somersault at the same time! Can u imagine? Refusing to sleep is one thingy, he refused to take his dinner...kept spitting out his food. When R just woke up from sleep, he shouted...& startled didi & made him CRY...so poor thingy. I started from telling Z in a nice way (coaxing manner), explaining him that it's not right to jump in bed & is time for his nap so that after he wake up, we'll go outdoor have some water fun etc & he seem to test my patience/limits...by throwing toys & screaming...plus jumping on the sofa! I just wonder why my boy behaved in such a manner when other kids can be so well-behaved. After few hrs of struggle with his nonsense, i breakdown...i even used my hands to beat him real hard cos my finger marks can be seen on his thigh after i beat him. I felt so guilty & heartpain after that...cried secretly

dont angry lah. dont sad oso...Z character is like that, cannot change him mah rite. yest i oso smacked my boy's hands until my palms pain i oso dun care. yes will be heart pain but at least they know what is "wrong"...

steph, *hugs*, understand how you feel!! My son is especially notti when I’m around, but he behaves when I’m not around. I also broke down a few times when I was with him alone. He only bullys me, I dunno why. But good that he is with my mum in KL now, at least I can take one month break. Hope you have the chance to take some off time too since you have to handle 2 boys now.
I think generally boys are more energetic so they need to release their energy , so they forever active, non stop one. My boy is like that too. So I cant handle him alone.
