Talking about heat rash...matty has bad rash on his face not sure if it's the heat or he's sensitive to the baby lotion..any other mummies had this problem before?

didn't have much of chance to talk to mummies and babies sitting at the other end of the table, but kept thinking ueno is so pretty in person leh...how u maintain huh???
