yes... 3 yrs old for nursery... that means our 2007 child admission in 2011. It's a 3 hr seesion in the morning. that's what I know when I last found out from them. If Kinderland childcare, why dun you try Kovan, 3rd level above crestar or Fairprice.

For our 2007, we can admit them in 2010 for pre-nursery, but I think not available in kinderland-serangoon.

- I'm only counting those coming to 2 years old as participants for the 1hr play gym right? If any other older or younger kids wanna join, need to let me know as the per pax would be based on that number.
- For adults, should be no problem on how many as long as we settle the food portion. I think we can just go for finger food etc or like I say, maybe another pot luck since there are so many talented mummies here ha ha

- Cake - I think cup cake will be the best right? Anyone know how to bake !!! hee hee hee

may i know what are the factors to consider when selecting? are those Church kindy very into religion kind of teaching? coz both hubby and me free thinker, i will let the kids decide their own religion when they grow up also..

if for me, working and members, price is 385 (full day) or 350 (half day)

dodo, i love church kindergarten. attended one myself last time and i will be sending adri to the pre-nursery next year at the same kindy. =) they do make u sing christian songs blah blah blah and even pray b4 u eat but i tink religion wise, the kids wun be restricted lor. i m still a buddhist now! haha.. i prayed together with the rest and sang together and even wanted to be a christian. moreover my pri sch was a methodist sch too. but as i grew older, i chose myself lor. so no worries. =)

good to hear kelly is adding more words to her vocab list. My neighbour daughter (3 months older than our girl) also hardly speak and her grandma alwasy commented that aria speak so well. but his granddaugther motor skill very good. recentlly i noticed she's more vocal. I think her speech improved when her mum send her for childcare. I think it's a matter of time for kelly to speak up. Dun worry

Yes, agree that church Kindy is more interesting. Prior to Church Kindy, I sent Lucas to a CC-SchoolHouse by the Garden, he drag going, saying its boring.

There is Talent Plus around Serangoon Central which accepts kids from 18mths onwards for playgroup (unaccompanied). If not wrong, its about 1.5hrs daily. Can google Talent Plus to find more details. Since you are SAHM, you may want to try Julia Gabriel playclub for Marcus, its 2hour twice a week for weekdays.

Yes, church kindy will have bible story telling, says prayers, also thank God before food etc etc...Honestly speaking, I think it depends on our own kid in the future. I was from a mission school all the way, and I am not a christian myself.
