in fact my cough also persistent le..think weather aggravate it n blew up into big one this time..my throat is so itchy i sound like i can cough my lungs out..n my cough is those very heavy type..ppl ard me ask me to cough 'gently' but i cannot! i think u need to go see doc le...over the counter one dun solve the 'root'??

recently my sis rec me the EU REN SEN cough powder..works wonders for her & her coll..but not me le..maybe mine jialat liao..u might want to try..1 box abt $5+ i think..10 pkts inside.

Yar, remember my complicated porridge with carrots, spinach, potatoes, egg, fish, pork etc. etc.? Oh and my MIL adds huai san now also. Fresh ones not the type with powder added white white ones.

it's ok, I prefer over-size than under-size babies. I always felt that it's easier to reduce babies' weights than increase them. How I wish that's that same with my weight. haha!

dunno leh.. when i saw GP 2 wks ago, no cough syrup, only antibiotics and zyrtec.. i was taking danzen for throat inflammation. sore throat no more, but still coughing..

Cuz she dun drink so I must add add to her solids. Hmm, she has regular three meals a day plus one milk feed in the morning lar. Occasionally she may snack in between lunch and dinner especially when she spies THE BREAD.

hey mummies, there was a thermos promotion at isetan last wkend. selling quite cheap. i remember this 1-2 pax shuttle cook selling at $80+. they have bigger shuttle cook pots too. but dunno still hv the promo or not. maybe u guys can check.

had wanted to buy the mini shuttle but the sales auntie said must boil the soup for half hr then put into the vacuum flask. it doesnt make any diff to me coz i boil soup half to 1 hr only. so no pt spending the $. capacity is either too small for 1-2 pax or too big and bulky for 4-5 pax.

don't think YT's lack of calcium leh. Her total daily intake of many many scoops of FM are almost 600ml. RR only takes 440 - 480ml daily now.
 
belle: Dr ong said it is lung tonic.. same.. take one every night.. to complete also?

yvonne: coz mejo trying to get YT to take more milk .. so add scoops of FM..
hmm .. actually in principle.. quite close to GF.. but hor. coz not fixed timings to feed.. so appear a bit random

i am on singtel, i can access.

Mejo: wha 10:30am bfast and the lunnch at 12mnoon...1 full bowl again.. YT can really eat. maybe she ate too much in the day liao thats why not hungry for milk at night?

i think apart from the milk feed in the day, Rae is only taking 2 offical meals a day, lunch and dinner, both 1 mini bowl full of porridge.

I dun always add FM to her dinner though cuz I know it interferes with iron and protein uptake. Then I also not very sure how much FM MIL puts in her breakfast cuz she rarely needs to feed her breakfast now. I better establish with her must put many many scoops. :p

edde: i dun boil for half an hr lah, siao ah. i boil till its bubbling then then i dump into the flask liao. so far so good, it works. i think my price is about $85 for the pot? i cannot remember liao, must go back and check again.

She hor, even if I limit her solid intake, she won't take more milk lor. In the first place, she drank too little, that's why we feed her more solids. I think I have to literally starve her to get her to drink more milk but what for at this age? So yar, I dun intend to lessen her solids. But recently she is dropping her night feeds though even though she is not taking more solids in the day.

i getting stamps only cos I received the AD as a birthday present for EJ. But his AD is the plain/normal AD.. not any cartoon-branded one. So i thot I just buy the stamps lor.

u must take care le...today hor my daddy fever liao..he dare not go near Chloe..can see he wants to play with her ley ..then pete nearly got sick..I KS faster make gan mao cha for him..urm he complains of eye discomfort then headache..but just now before zzz he said he felt better no more headache..i very scared he got fever etc..cos if he got fever he will really like BLUR BLUR one..talk to him he macham dun register type..he can sleep all day n quite worrying..
 
mejo: think u can try.. then maybe she will feed better in the morning for breakfast.. if dun feed her in the sleep.. like that wun worry about bottle tooth decay also.. right? i mean.. it is not good to have milk pooling in mouth when bbs sleep

Hmm, not just calcium lor. Milk is more nutritious per calorie compared to other food. Yar, I also add cheese to her porridge sometimes. Her snacking biscuit also got one is have calcium type. Bread is also calcium enriched. Cheap cheap at 3.80 for a big pack from J8 NTUC. Running out liao, I must go and buy again. But none of this food have all the rest of the ntutrients in FM! FM got what nucleotides lar, DHA lar, blah blah...
