what brand of nursing bra u bot from OG. i also want to buy. So cheap $17.90 for 2pcs.
Actually Bugis Seiyu also got cheap no wire bra leh. $9.90 per pcs.

last time i tried Spring's one.. den hor, the size not suitable leh.. dunnoe y.. it's either cup too big or underbust too tight.. luckily the MIM one fit nicely.. cup still got allowance for breast pad while the underbust fits juz nice..

no worries, nowadays have a lot of nursing rooms in shopping centres...so dun give up on BFg... it's still good to get a couple pieces of nursing tops...will help us in our BFg and give us confidence.

somehow I feel that MIM one especially the basic one hor, got no support, then hor will like lao lao like that.... then spring one hor, I've only bought 1 so far lah, at least got padding, then the pad shape will not be too obvious and later stage when padding is not necessary liao hor, nipple won't be obscene mah.... my personal experience again

actually the MIM padded bra had the best padding i've tried so far...nipple dun show at all. And i've very sensitive abt it cos i always think my nipple like very big...=P
That's why i really liked the MIM multiway padded bra. Padding is thick enuf. Of cos if just buy the basic one, it is comparable to non-padded bras la...

luckily i bought it for use at home onli.. den got 1 tube bra as well.. so at least dun hav to worry when go out lah.. heee~
now think i need to at least buy one nursing top for "juz in case".. else later want to go PD with bb oso no clothes to wear.. heee~ den really need to hide in toilet to feed bb...

I've got 1 padded one from them, the basic one without wire, then when I first wear hor, I realise got those small tiny fibre stick to my skin, cos the cup is those abit shiny type, so those fibre stick to my skin and I feel very uncomfortable letting my gal latch on, sekali she also swallow the fibre, only bobian then I wear and I also got very worried abt it. The rest of the padded one hor, I think most got wire which I don't like, scare blocked ducts lagi worst.... but then hor MIM got one can remove the underwired one, but I find a bit ex leh.... then I also dunno what size to buy.. even b4 pregnant I also dunno how to buy bra liao, now lagi worst....

I'm 35wks now.. dunno how heavy my girl is now... going gynae tonight, but last time at 32wks, she was 2083g, slightly above average... gynae say ok mah. But my hubby already nag and nag... I know he scared very difficult for me to deliver lah... but hor can't help it mah, cos I'm so big size, think my girl take after me leh

hey all, not sure who has pop already in dec thread... and duno if i am the first 1..
i pop on 13 nov when bb was exactly 37wks. at birth my bb weigh 2.96kg. it was a long labour. was admitted on 11nov, 1am due to bleeding. checked was 1cm dilated. contraction was bearable. however when checked again on 11nov, 9am, i was still 1cm dilated after 9hrs of waiting. gynae said to induce by pill since so slow. inserted pill at 9am on 11nov. after 24hrs, i was checked and dilation still at 1cm on 12nov, 9am. gynae did a another induce. real labour pain started on 12nov,6pm. it was so so so painful (induce labour pain cause more discomfort).. i didnt want to take epidural so tahan... it was really terrible. i was biting on a towel when contraction came. laughing gas was USELESS.
finally after tahan for 12hours, on 13nov,6am, i insisted on epidural (since i started to do crazy things like banging my head against the bed frame). by then i was already 5-6cm dilated. finally epidural was given at 6.30am. pop abt 4hrs after that. so my labour was really a long long wait.
now i am fully breastfeeding my bb. v v tiring.

oic...i bot the bra that has removable underwire... took out wire oredi... wore it a couple of times oredi and it's ok...no fibre left behind. The basic one i hv is all cotton...not shiny one leh? maybe different one? I oso wear a few times to test liao...so far, ok. Maybe they hv new stock/design?

basically it's like a cow's life... : )
now bb is having jaucdice. was admitted last fri and just discharged from hospital on mon. tis sat got to go back hospital do another blood test to check jancdice level again..
and i am also not really resting well for confinement. main thing is worrying abt bb. my bb got a growth on the side of the face (near the side burn area). when birth, pd tot it was a bruise. however, after 1 week, the lump was still there. we were referred to a specialist at gleneagles and confirmed that it is a medical condition when the blood vessels are clump together. though it poses no harm to bb but now we need to monitor and follow up by end dec. most likely bb have to go under a minor surgery to remove the lump when she is 2mths old... sigh... i really fully understood what's a mother's love now.. though i noe she wun recall the surgery since she so young now but to see my child undergoing such pain (cutting the skin), i really cant tahan... already when i saw her unclothed being put under the light treatement for jaucdice when she was in hosiptal, i already cired like a mad woman.
the waiting now till the follow up with the specialist is really painful.

Congratulation!! Ur labour sound very much similar to my 1st labour, except that I was admitted to insert the pill and not due to bleeding or complication.... but the time taken was equally long and also the final giving in to epidural.... Great to hear that u r bfing ur bb.... update us ur bb photo soon... Take care n rest well for milk production

i'm back! n i'm fine! thx 4 all ur concern and 4 msging me to keep me company.
act i's v relief to pop yest cos e bedrest was horrible! imagine lying on a constantly wet, squishy n sticky liquid n can't move. cos one hand one drip, e drip oso made me tremble q a bit.
by 1st day dinner time, had lost my appetite n din eat anything until i gave birth. yet, in between, i puked 4 big bowls o liquid. started running a fever in e 2nd morning, tt's y doc quickly transferred me to kkh. e drip already adjusted to a v hi level liao i still had constant contractions + infection set i liao...
dunno y discharge so fast, seems like kkh's policy is just to monitor 4 24hrs.... if everything's fine, then can go home! still having on/off fever tho...
but besides being tired, i'm generally in a gd mood cos Mandy's fine n her blood test good.
will post birth story again...
oh, 4 those who asked. when i went kkh, i chked into C ward ie 6-bedder w no aircon so tt bb's special care cost wld be $100 p day, instead o $1k bk at TMC. act i liked it there. aircon nt so gd 4 my fever.

Welcome back, glad the Mandy is good though she's a premmie....n glad u r in high spirit, that will help alot in breastfeeding.... congrats pokemon!! think u r v. patient n brave, endured so many hours of waiting n pain b4 asking for epidural. what's ur bb's name? let us see pictures of ur little bb leh. i've heard abt the power of maternal instincts. can feel ur pain as u r describing the lump, but i'm v. glad to hear it's not a serious condition. be strong ok.

it was the first time i heard esp can be trained. i'm quite sceptical abt these brain development classes too. glen doman started out being a help centre for children with brain injuries. supposedly v. good in that regard n i can believe that. but then pple adapted it to normal children n er... i also think the most important is for the parents to engage the child at his/her own pace. there r many tools available in every home to teach children, think i will use those tools. like vanessa said b4, so many things r games to children.

my ideal wt for bb is abt the same as urs: 3.6kg. hope my bb makes it man. anyway, my bb's head is confirmed on the small side, so i'm trying to tell myself labour will be ok, whatever her weight is.
