i have oso bot one of the basic one and one of the multiway one. I've "road tested" both and am pleased with both.
I oso try wearing crossback with the multiway one...still comfy.
after bb pop, will buy some more cos i hear later breast size may increase. =P

i very mountain one. Auto too smooth i scare. haaha sot hor.. during my 5th mth pregnant, i got into accident lor. so now abit phobia of driving. Even if drive also cant speed like last time liao. scare what if nid to E-brake then my tummy go bang the steering wheel liao.
Ya lor. Manual very troublesome esp traffic jam all this.& even shopping ctr. but i lazy one. If go Shopping, mostly hb drive i dun dare park multi car carpark cos shopping ctr sure hv to climb until high high then got parking slots one. then somemore the slot & the turning down corner are sooo narrow esp IMM parking. hehe

any1 bought any nursing tops at Mothers En Vogue? I went there to buy 2 nursing tops yesterday cos they having sales (less 33%) till 30 Nov.
Their designs are quite nice, can even wear if no more BF. Don't look like nursing wear at all...all cutting are quite fitting ones... The shop is at Delfi Orchard...

It's with biscuit...haha. when I had my first, my gynae asked if I had biscuit frequently, cos the bb is big... so I guess that's the thing lor, that's y when I know my bb is only 2.1kg at 35 weeks, I ate biscuit again, n now 3kg at 37 weeks.... not sure if it's really due to biscuit or last min growth spurt lor...

I oso bot abt 4 nursing tops from there to standby... hmm...maybe this weekend go visit MEV to see their nursing top since on sale...
It is true, if plan to BF, better wear nursing tops, more discreet...other option is to wear botton front shirts...which i hope i can fit in again! else all my work shirts cannot wear!

So I thot juz buy a few nursing tops to wear lor...juz open the hole & pull down nursing bra can liao, hee hee...if outside jus sit face in (I see how other mothers BF in public, they dun sit face out) and then can BF liao. No need to find nursing rooms.

Yes I bought MIM bras but at the shop at TMC, not at their store at Tat Ann Bldg. Nice or not ah....very basic lor...no pattern one. Nursing bra is juz padded or not padded. I think shld be easy to BF bah...cos I haven't tried BF yet, hee hee... Quite easy to open the front flap. Practise a few times sure easy liao.
Maybe jus buy 1 or 2 to standby 1st. If u find ok & good, can buy later.

no problem to buy a couple pieces of nursing tops now becos our torso size won't change dramatically, only the tummy area. Can oso choose the not-too-fitting type. It's only our breast size that might really change, so I didn't get those super fitting type la... material soft and stretchy can oredi. Dun buy the stiff material type. Of cos when i bot, i was in early 8th mth, so the tummy area is thight lor...heehee! but ok one la, cos by the time bb pop, tummy go down more oredi mah.

Furthermore, I think after we give birth 1 mth plus, will be CNY liao. So we can wear our nursing tops & go CNY visiting with bb.

haha! alternative is to wear button front shirt lor... borrow ur hb's work shirt la.
I even read somewhere last time abt how to make your own nursing top. Take a big t-shirt, cut a vertical line in the middle abt the length of ur breast. Then take another patterned cloth, cut in a big square and sew it on the front covering the vertical opening...big enuff to cover ur chest area. Sew only the top half and put button on the lower left and rite corners so can snap open.
If got time ok la...but sounds like too much work to me.. haha!

I only bought too ultra-cheapo nursing bra from OG, 2 for $17.90 I think. I was thinking of just starting with that 1st during confinement and see how things go. Do we really need to buy nursing tops? I was just thinking those button front blouses can liao. I have a few looser ones which I think I should still be able to fit after delivery. Vanessa, any advice? Is nursing top really necessary?

Nursing Top ah.... hmm... ke you ke wu lor... but hor advise for those thinking of front button blouse.... u will tends to expose more with front button blouse, cos u r not only showing ur nipple, but will be able to show the whole nei nei, cos u need to open the button from the 1st to the one below ur chest in order to pull it to the side to open ur bra and latch the bb on..... Unless u use a towel to cover, else, personally, I feel it's more expose.... Nursing top is good to help ur bf in public more confidentally.... Personally I like those with opening in front rather than the flip open one, cos depends on the materials, sometimes when u flip, instead of only the front pce comes up, the 2nd pc also come up, so end up u will need more hand to pull the 2nd pc down while u pull up the 1st pc.... personal experience lah....
I also like some of the MIM clothing, MEV r very very nice, but very ex... since there's sale, mayb ask hb to bring me there this weekend... I've been eyeing on some of the clothing...hmm, think they can take order online rite?
