Greetings from Berri Werks! Thank you for your interest in joining the Berri Werks Movie Event for Disney/Pixars Ratatouille this Sunday!
The response has been overwhelming and we thank you for your support!
This email is long but everything here is important so please try to read everything.
For those who are wondering if your payment has been received, we are pleased to advise that every single participants booking has been updated for payment and all tickets are all confirmed for this Sunday!
For those driving, you may like to note that early attendance would be preferable as car parks will be very full over the weekend.
Try parking at Millennia Walk if Suntec and Marina Square car parks are full.
Do come on time to collect your goody bag items at the Berri Werks Collection Counter located at the entrance of Eng Wah Suntec and proceed to the VIP lounge for the day's activities. The lounge is located on the inside of Eng Wah, past the ticketing ushers & beyond the popcorn stand. Ticket collections will go on till 12pm so if you are not able to make it on time at 10am, we will still be around for 2 hours.
As the lounge is an open room, please make yourself comfortable by finding a floor space for your child.

GRO (Samples of Expandable shoes will be brought to have a feel of the shoes, shoes are on a pre-order campaign and order forms can be found at the table, each shoe is SG$29.90 per pair for Ratatouille participants! Please bring a cheque or pay in cash for your order.)
Face of Man (Adam Chuas Amazing Caricaturing is FREE but limited to a first come first serve basis. Optional: Lamination of drawing for $2/- only!)
Bonafides (Air Brush Tattooing for kids FREE but limited to a first come first serve basis. Please queue.)
Jia Jia Liang Teh (Check out their range of drinks!)

Only ONE goody bag per ticket purchased can be redeemed.

(Upon arrival, please put your children in the lounge to settle in with the activities while you collect your ticket packs and goody bag. Your child can proceed with the activities without waiting in queue or their tickets first)

Upon arrival, no documentation is required as we have your details all on file.
Please quote your full name per what you have provided at booking and confirm the number of tickets you had purchased. If a friend or relative is collecting on your behalf, please ensure that they quote the correct name. Do note that if you are collecting for multiple bookings, please ensure that your friend/relative is aware that you are collecting it for them.
Tickets are all pre-allocated and cannot be changed as this event is sold out.
Your ticket pack and your goody bags will be provided to you at the same time. If you have a large booking, please ensure that you have some assistance to take the goody bags at this time.
If you had opted for postage, do note that we have a separate stack for participant packs for those who opted for postage so please quote postage before you give us your name.

1120am- 12pm - Julia Gabriel Centre for Learning Edu-drama Session
12pm - 1215pm - Lucky Ducky Draw
You must be around at the time of the announcement to claim your prize, please note that the lucky draw prizes will be announced according to your hall and seat number and will be given only 3 calls before it is discarded.
1215pm 2pm Break time to grab some lunch at the nearby food court/restaurants.
2pm - All Participants are to be seated in your respective movie hall one by 150pm.
(Please note that there are a total of 3 halls for this event, please ensure you are in the correct hall for the show)
Show will run till 350pm. Enjoy!

Points to note:
Please DO NOT bring your strollers into the lounge and park it outside the lounge area if necessary. There will be absolutely no space for strollers at this venue. Parking it whilst in the cinema hall itself can be done along the open front area under the screen.
There is a free roaming area outside the lounge where parents can gather and patronize the activity tables located out of the lounge.
If possible during the activities, try to place ONLY your child(ren) in the lounge as the lounge cannot accommodate all adult participants. Rest assured that we are convinced that your children will be fully entertained and engaged. The activities are not only limited to the lounge, only the performances are so please engage all areas throughout so you would not feel too constrained of space.
As the crowd is big, please do not spread out your personal belongings to reserve floor space. Try to sit as close together as possible.
Please ensure however that you are aware of the whereabouts of your children at all times as the crowd is big. Should you lose your child, please inform the organizers asap and we will assist in the announcement and search of your lost child.
Please do not wear any valuables to this event.
The cinema halls are cold so please bring a shawl or jacket for yourself & your family.
External Food & Drink is not allowed in the Cinema Halls other than Popcorn/Nacho/Hotdog Combos & various snacks bought at the EW snack bar.
Children that are below 0.9m and do not have a ticket would be required to sit on their parents laps during the movie.
