I give J massage. Using Avent massage gel. Now that u mention it, wondering if his ecezema is due to it....ot is it the weather so hot lately.
 
any one of u has any idea on buying flats? I've several queries as such, hope any of u can advice. =p

1. Is it true tat once owner n co-owner purchase a 5-room flat cannot downgrade to a 4-room flat or purchase a 5-room flat? My colleagues told me must purchase an executive flat or EC?

2. Currently we re enjoying the 2.6% concessionary rate but if we want to buy a new flat/resale flat/old EC/new EC, would we still enjoy? Or must get from bank?

Koalarie, talking abt flats! i kw best coz' i have so much prob with HDB beinging of this year. anyway,long story.

To cut short. Once owner & co-ownder owns a 5 room flat taking HDB loan, and plan to take 4 room or smaller have to take bank loan. And bank loan needs 5% upfront cash of the sales value.

If your 5 room flat then is a new flat, and if you buy new flat you got to pay a levy which is very high.

If you want to take back HDB loan (which is yr last chance) if i'm not wrong, be very careful where and what you want to buy coz' next time you shift again cannot take HDB loan.

So since i m holding a 5rm flat now, I now buy a resale or new 5room Selective Enbloc flat n the flat is 5room or below, I can take a bank loan and using CPF to pay the installments, right?

But now there is a new policy, something on 90% loan and 10% downpayment? Is this applicable to this? If so, I must pay 10% downpayment with 5% upfront cash and 5% from CPF, right?

I don't understand on the levy portion.

Any idea on what are the requirements to take the HDB loan? Or where to get in HDB website? I can't find it at all.

This is correct 90% loan and 10% downpayment, you pay 10% downpayment with 5% upfront cash and 5% from CPF.

If you getting new flats, you would need to pay a levy which is think is 4k plus if your current flat is new. COz' they are discouraging pple to take new flats twice.

You can still buy 5 rooms or so if you are willing to pay the 5% upfront and it has to be bank loan.

Thumbs up for J. He can now raise his head so high, as if he is doing mini-pushups. L very lazy lei.. tend to cry and struggle when he cant raise his head up for long. Did J struggle initially when u train him?

Must really pray for a good maid. I used to have one who physically abused my Isaac and I have to report her. After reporting, got to repatriate her immediately or you risk having no maids for 3 months during the investigation.

And this year, have to send away 2 maids before this present one. First one bullied my mother and refused to do housework when she called her to. Told her she only listens to her employer!!! Asked to drink milo when my mother told her to drink more water!!! Second one kanna depression and missed her children even with all the counselling...sigh...

Gals, Brendon doesn't like pacifier and we intend to go SFO to visit his aunt. Any tips on survival on the aircraft? I used to have no problem w Isaac when he was 10 months and we went on long flights because he can suckle his pacifier but much as we tried his younger brother but to no avail.

My breast engorged lor. Lucas's last fed was abt 10+pm, then he fell asleep abt 12.30mn. At 3.50am, engorged, cant take it, woke up to express (320ml). very happy tat L slept thru fm 12.30mn till 9.30am this morning, but i still have to wake up to express.

I normally express before I go to sleep so that I dun hv to wake up in the middle of the night. But each time I express is abt 150ml as compared to yours, mine is chicken feet. Maybe that's why I can "tong" until morning.

I also use d avent massage gel. Hanson enjoys being massaged as well. about 3 - 5 min usually. too long, he'll fuss...

I used d Avent massage gel on Kor Kor when he was a baby. After he shaved botak in the 4th month, i use it on his scalp. the hair growth is thicker n shinier. Very Good.

Hunniepot, glad that your mum is ok now. Sorry tat I could not attend the class yesterday. My boy feeds are getting lesser and lesser. Drink only 1oz or 2 oz and so cranky. Worry that he's not feeling well. So went to get a large hole teat, and he seems ok thou the flow seems to be quite fast. Luckily, he din choke.

My ger opposite.. she doesn't really look at the lights.. haha.. she dun enjoy sitting in the pram too. When we put her on pram, she will show her grumpy face already.

Now she enjoy watching TV!! Worried will spoil her eyes leh.. especially when both me and hubby are short-sighted.

tiffany - J started raising his head when he was 5 wks old. We did not train him, just put him on his stomach and he raise it himself. It was such a funny sight coz he raised his legs as well..ended up in a "U" shape.

elle/tiff - I also hv to wake up and express otherwise so pain that cant sleep...also ard 4am.

tiff, so good that L can sleep thru 9 hrs. J only sleep thru for 6 hrs. then wake up and suck 1 side so i need to pump the other. I am trying to train him to sleep thru longer but nei nei too pain, so sometimes i rather he wakes up to suck.

elle - next gathering u bring the nursing apron ok. then i copy but i doubt i can sew a decent looking thing.

So sad, yesterday MIL tried to feed L frozen milk, he also rejects

He was ok few weeks back, maybe too long didnt give, now he can recognise the different taste liao... will have to try again, if not, all my frozen milk go into waste...

Anyone using Avent storage cups for breastmilk? wonder if any of u recycle more than 4 times?
 
Morning, ladies.

Wow.. sorry tat I got 2b the 1st 2 go off tat day. =p

Hubby working at night till next morning n so could only stay a while.

Back home, dunno if XT was too exhausated or what... but she slept n cried n woke up several times in the evening. Finally managed to get her to sleep ard 7.45pm. Poor her. Told her if she like tat next time i dun bring her out already. =p

Then yesterday... thank goodness XT smiled and "chatted" with my ils..

U noe what, immediately we stepped in. My mil (black black face) came n XT just woke up from her car ride, was a bit blurred.. n she immeidately said "Ah ya, dun recognise us already."

Haiz.

Luckily, XT warmed up a while n then played with them.. then they smiled n their faces not so black.
 
ya lo. She's damn sensitive tat I'm getting tired to go there. My hb was "bitten" by her two weeks ago and her voice wasn't happy on Sat night when hb told her what time we coming down. Really hate going there.

Please la.. if want 2b close with bb.. pls learn how to play with bb n dun keep beating on her hands n then becoz bb dun smile back n then said bb dun recognize.

Guess somehow Xuanting sensed I dun like them n so wasn't happy two weeks ago's Sunday.. yesterday before we went, I kept telling her "must smile lor.. if not daddy be scolded.. " N luckily she did what we asked her to. =p

ur bb very good... so obedient.. eat n then slept herself. So obedient. = )

Nana's bb is the right most one.

Denise's one is in centre.

As for the left most one... dun really noe. =p
