yuru, the CLO brand is Nordic Naturals, I take it myself too(I cant stand the taste so I take the softgel caps), effective for me and def for Faye!
FOOD- depends on what Yuru likes. Faye likes noodles, for lunch I usually do very simple 10 min stuff. I sometimes do a soba/multigrain ramen in homemade chicken broth and prawns/chicken (no veg cause faye wont eat). I cook a big batch of chix broth n freeze in individual servings so that when I need it, I can easily pull a pack out from the fridge. Or stuff like omelette, pita cheese bread (sprinkle cheese on pita, bake to melt), wholemeal wraps, pasta, roasted sweet potatoes and so on.
Dinner would be whatever I cook for the family and I try to include something she will eat. I rarely cook seperately for her unless I know there is nothing she will eat in that meal, then I might prepare a little something just for her. Stews (freezes v well), lagsane (freezes v well), spaghetti (sauce freezes v well, this is one of my staples, I like to cook a big batch n freeze), brown rice with few dishes, baked chicken, baked rice, crockpot meals (this one also v easy for you- dump everything into slow cooker before u leave for work and you'll have a ready meal when you step in at night).
Off the top of my head, these are wat I can recall
Pawprint, I never thought that I was swaddling Faye for warmth, I always thought that it was more for comfort (to be all 'wrapped' up securely).
