32. Tablescape’s Lunar New Year Joy
This year, Tablescape pays tribute to this joyful festival with a five-course Lunar New Year Menu (from $176). It cleverly incorporates auspicious ingredients in a non-Chinese menu for a refreshing change. Start with a colourful Yu Sheng, followed by Hokkaido Scallops, Slow Cooked Pork Belly, and Seafood in the Bag. The carefully curated feast ends with a propitious Mandarin Orange Cake. Also available are Tablescape’s yusheng selection, Lunar New Year Afternoon Tea Set, and the new Josper Grilled Bak Kwa with Fresh Black Truffle.
