CNY 2021 reunion dinners at Yan

Usher in an auspicious new year with Yàn’s six set menus, featuring classic Cantonese fare and premium auspicious ingredients. Start by tossing the elegant Abalone and Yellowtail with Gold Foil Lo Hei in ‘Shun De’ Style. Then savour Double-boiled Fish Maw and Chicken with Cordyceps Flower, Braised Spring Chicken with 6-Head Whole Abalone, and Wok-fried Local Lobster in Superior Sauce with Shrimp Egg and Ee Fu Noodles. Double-boiled Bird’s Nest with Lily, White Fungus, Wolfberry and Lotus Seed concludes the feast.
