Actress Fann Wong’s online dessert shop launches a Yuzu Matcha Tart for Mother’s Day. Fragrant and crumbly, the buttery sable base houses a layer of fluffy almond sponge. Layers of earthy matcha cremeux and zesty yuzu curd complete the masterpiece. All-time favourite Valrhona Chocolate Tart and last year’s Mother’s Day treat, Raspberry Sakura Yogurt Tart, also return by popular demand.

5. Flash Bakes Fruit Tarts
