Will court order him to pay PI fees? - urgent

Hi

Does anyone know - will the court order him to pay for PI and legal fees if he does not contest divorce?

Or do I need to draft affidavit/letter to put in writing for him to pay up?

if u have use the Private Investigator evidence to file for divorce, u can ask for cost of divorce from him thru your lawyer

U can ask, but will he willingly pay?
This will just lead to a contested divorce and the PI fees will be neglible compared to the lawyer fees.

This topic is simply asking for trouble.

whether he willingly to paid or not is not decide by him, it's decide by the judge.

If he don't want to pay then he have to show course to the court why he does not needs to pay. And this is suppose under the women charter.

Anyway if he contest, he will have to pay for all the cost, he will lose even more.

I have successful ask him to pay part of my PI fees. My ex dare not contest as my PI is the one who provided the evidence and the judge ask him to pay 75percent of the cost of PI fees. I feel after the divorce i need every cents for me and my child.

I really appreciate. I thought about what Triple said..but mine may not contest. So what Clear Path and Janey have said makes sense.

Is that what u did - Clear Path? Did he pay up?

Janey - was yours adultery? harder to contest if aduktery right?

If he is not expected to contest, then why even bother with a PI?
