hey everyone.
just want to highlight some problems i face with clearblue.
my line does not match the result. or sometimes it just refuse to read my lines.
so it's best to check your lines before you discard your test strips. in addition you can also double confirm with your CM, your BBT (i still dont do bbt despite that
)
i always spend a lot on OPKs often because i assume i will get pregnant the next month. otherwise i will have some low end test strips with me together with clearblue.

My colleague told me not to read the lines on its own apparently. Cause the lines aren't meant to be read by us but by the specific device. I also had times when I itchy hand etc try to reinsert ejected but used tests back in to see result again then cause the device to go Kuku. But the accuracy displayed on the digital device seems to be spot on all the time for me when I refer to my bbt chart.hey everyone.

do you use 1st morning urine ?
i think it does not matter for clearblue right ?
because i lost my instruction slip lol.
my O seems to be earlier and earlier each time.
today is CD9. :/
i have a 28-30 day cycle.
Im a milo lover, i will make 1 large cup of 500ml milo every morning.
I was wondering if it affects my body..i do not feel heaty from drinking milo.
But to be on the safe side, i just changed my morning beverage to Anlene Milk......
though i still have craving for milo, for this journey, i will bear with it..

CD9? That's early. Only few days after menses over. You may want to check again to double confirm
I use ovulation strips and clear blue digital. Both works for me. I test using strips starting form CD8 and can see the pattern line darkening each day

Ladies, i din use the ovulation kit to check my ovulation day just base on 14 days backwards of my next period. But during that 3-4 days me and my husband try everyday to make sure i will pregnant, but it doesn't work. Am i using the wrong method?

try everyday will be wasteful as u dunno the fertile period, sperm will not enough if try too many time. better buy kit to test so that you dun waste energy or time to try.

I ovulate quite early..usually ard cd9.. so I will use the ovulation test strip on cd8 .. usually will start off with a faint line..then next day or 2 days later will be clear as the control line.. then I will also feel crampy..quite accurate.. i used clearblue digital before but find it too expensive..haha

Actually if you have ewcm then can just go by that... Most ppl ovulate around Day14, so you can try to test around that.. But for clear blue ovulation kit, I think not practical to test for too many days cos quite ex.. Test when you have some feeling that you are ovulating?

Thank you, maybe i can try with a cheaper ovulation kit first. i have clear cm but it is not long stretchable as described online. So i am not sure which day. Is it when i see clear cm then that night itself i must have sex or it ovulation will happen in 4-12 hours?
I had been tcc for 5 months, hopefully can success soon.

My Tcm say after test with 2 lines or clearblue smiley face doesn't mean the egg release immediately, need to wait for 3-4 hrs later then start work. If tcc 1 year haven't succeed maybe u should seek doc advise.
hmm..clear cm but not stretchy type I am not sure..but I know u can bd once you got a positive opk.... for me my ewcm seems to get less or some months I don't really get it...but I do get cramps during ovulation day..so I will use that to estimate...

it depends on your cycle length.
how many days is your cycle?
if it's like mine, 28-30 day cycle, might O around cd14. in that case bd once every 2 days on the week that u know u might O.

i dont have ewcm
i have a lot during school days and i didnt know what that is so i told my mum. my mum brought me to doc and then i was given external medicine then bye bye to ewcm.

Just now when lunch time went to guardian and pharmacy, the opk inly have guardian brand and clearblue, it is quite ex. Don't have the cheaper one. so sien....
maybe will put more attention on my ewcm. But i ever notice my cm like egg white but it is not very long just a short like 5cm the most. don't know whether it consider or not.

should be considered lah. I bought opk strips from Qoo, very cheap only.

i got my Clearblue yesterday at Unity. around $50.
usually i will have the cheaper ones plus the Clearblue. the cheaper ones to measure from
CD7 onwards in case i O early. when i see the line is darker or equal to control line, i double confirm with clearblue.

erm...once you roughly know when u ovulate, bd more times during the week that you ovulate. we usually dont wait until we see positive opk then we bd.

not everyday. but more active during your fertile period. because sperms can stay inside your body longer than eggs can. better to pump more right ?
anyway my doc taught me to do so.

every day is ok, assuming hubby has no sperm issue. otherwise, every other day is ok too since sperm can live few days (3-5) in the fillopian tubes.
clear watery CM is fertile too, esp if u have alot and feel a small "gush of water" coming out.
Good luck! if OPK still doesn't tell u about yr cycle and ovulation. Try taking yr bbt temp a few months. tedious but tells u alot.

no idea abt Milo.
Cutting down sugar in general is good for yr body and blood.
I don't drink milk due to hormones and sensitivity. but I read if u do drink milk, full cream is actually better for fertility.
My menses can last for abt 10days but the flow is very little in the first 3 days and last 3-4 days. I once broached this issue to a tcm but was advised that there is nothing to worry abt as diff people have diff pattern for af. I realise as u grow older the af flow changes too.

in early sep i am going to have a week of meetings. because we have our asia pac convention. long hours of meetings.
maybe i just test my hpt before meeting starts. if i am +ve, i can skip some of those unhealthy binge drinking and eating

hubby is not a supps person but he says i should try these for my constipation.
Tcm told me on 28 days cycle, ovulation usually on day 14-16. Yrs is 29 day cycle, ovulation on 17 seems ok.

Hi ladies, went for U/S today to check my follicle size.. Cd12 was 13mm ..back on CD 14 only grew 14mm.. is this normal? Need to be back this sat to scan again .. if it does not grow.. doc ask me to give up and double chlomid intake for next cycle.. for IUI..

Sorry, hp keys too small. Im on 28 days cycle. Is ovulation on day 17 too late? If so, what can I do to bring forward my ovulation?

I went to see Dr Phua at Kovan yesterday to check what happen to my menses, he say everything just look ok, he found no brownish fluid in my virginal and help me to do scan. Saw my biggest egg is 1.23 and going to Ovulation in 3-4 days. I wondering why he can not tell my Leucorrhea is brownish in colour. I doubt his competency.
Just tell myself to relax a bit, dont be too gan jeong. All the best to everyone and myself >.<

yea, agree w Daledale. yr luteal phase seems ok. 12-14 days after ovulation considered normal.
I ovulate ard CD18 plus minus. I just started TCM and ovulated on CD16 this month I think, not sure if it is coincidence.

Ahh! I dont do reading for fortune, but TTC for the past 3 years but no luck but yeahh, i guess you should go ahead. I suggest you walk instead.
sorry I didn't see you said yr cycle is actually 28 days. concept luteal phase defect I think is still medically debatable. But if u wanna try to lengthened it Vitex, Black cahosh supposedly can help. I was taking Vitex for a while but wasn't really tracking my O, so I can't say it has helped me. Also, some ppl say Chinese med herbs can help.
CoQ10, Ubiquinol to help with better quality egg, good diet and some exercise (not excessive) I think is prob more important ... since yrs is only 1 day short. some ppl are only 7 days in their LP. just my thoughts, but u can look up more online.
Other important Vitamin is of cos activated folate / folic acid , Vitamin D3, Fish Oil, Magnesium.
