I have checked with the doc. It was because I used a new trigger drug for hyper stimulated patient. This new drug will break down LH in the body so that I will not be so bloated after ER. Yesterday is one week after I had my trigger shot, so LH is no longer inside the body and so af came. Doc said no problem. However, this af cannot be used for my FET. I will have to wait for June af to start FET.

Chris, ChrisL, I will be doing FET in June. So, you have another cycle buddy!

Anyone using pergoveris? For puregon, u gals jab in the morning or at nite? My pergoveris, the nurse say can jab together as the lucrin but was tinking can do in tge nite or not. Cos pergoveris need to mix, so ma fan.

sleepygal, I was informed that we need to be consistent with our jabs. Meaning if you alway jab at night, then the rest of the jab have to do it at night and plus or minus 1 hour the same timing.

As such, I think you have to make a decision to jab daytime or night time. Why don't you jab lucrin and the pergoveris at the same timing. Saving the time to having to remember one more task.

Sorry, I was on puregon + menopur for my cycle.

Sss, that was the case for the lucrin. Almost the same timing for the lucrin jabs. Lucrin, I was told to do it every morning. The pergoveris the nurse told us to do on morning same as lucrin but then this one need to mix here n there. Troublesome. We worry if do 2 jabs together, we will be kar lang kar bo. That's y want to split the jabs.

Sleepygal: Pergoveris is essentially a combination of Gonal F and LH jab in 1. Gonal F and Puregon are "indistinguishable" FSH based on studies. I am not sure why you are given the 2-in-1 but probably decided as best for u. Is this your first cycle?

I'm on long protocol with KKH as well. Today is my Day 9 on Lucrin. I will be going KKH next week for BT and Ultrasound to see if i can start the stimulation stage. May i know what your AMH Level and who's ur doctor in KKH?

Also, did you go home after ur BT and ultrasound or did you wait at KKH till they call you to come and collect the meds?

I have a question.

For short protocol, stimulation will start on CD2 of your cycle.
I'm on the long protocol, and based on my calculation, i will probably start my stimulation on CD8. Is this normal?

I under under THH. Nope, after the scan was told to wait for the reception to call my number and gotten the prescription to collect my pergoveris. after collection, ned to go back to learn how to mix for jabbing. the BT results will be released to u ard noon time. based on the BT results, they will determine when can start the stim.

for my case, I only start my stim cd 8 as well. so I guess its fine. but its also up to individual's condition too.

i've spoken to my clinic and they apologised abt my previous 'uncomfortable' experience according to them. They said this time apart from the 2 panadols and that pill that makes me groggy, i can have additional morphine thru iv on my hand. I hope this time it'll be better..crossing fingers and toes

Maomi, I was hyperstimulated. I used a diff type of trigger jab which break down LH so that I will not be so bloated and so my system detected that and so af reported early.

Hi nervous babe,

I have am diagnosed with poor ovarian reserve 9 yrs back and I have 2 successful rounds resulting in 2 kids. I am currently undergoing ivf for 3rd child now. I find that finding the cycle with the good antral follicles count is important for a good ivf round. The doctor can scan u before u start a cycle to check the afc ( antral follicle count). Btw afc varies month to month.

Hi jelly...i did what was advised by ladies in this forum.

before er, started with 2 egg whites then increased to 4.

my lining was 7 when er, so before et, i drank read bean soup everyday to improve it.

After ET, eat 3 brazil nuts every day after et, cannot find actual durian so buy those durian pancake. drank logan red date tea everyday during 2 ww. talk to embroy everyday. i also listen to mediation cd sometimes during the cycle.

I have folic acid and mutivits, coQ10, vit C everyday months before the cycle, and throughout the cycle.

hubby's support also very important. Hubby help me do all the jabs. I think very important to stay positive and hopeful too.
