Just would like to find out if there are mummies who also had babies with dilated intestines. If so, I would to seek some advise for 3 month old son.
He has a dilated small intestines while in the womb and have gone through 3 surgeries. As his small intestines are currently larger than his big intestines, he would have distended tummy if he depends only on his anus to pass motion. So for now, he is having a stoma temporarily.
The problem is his stoma output is very watery and hence he can't gain weight properly. He is currently on Alfare.
It would be great if other mummies can help share their experience to enable my son gain weight faster with his condition.
