a parcel was stuck in my mailbox once before! don't wait until the mailman comes the next time. for me what i did was call SingPost Cust Svc straightaway and told them about it, then they immed dispatched one of their mailman to come over and open the mailbox, take out my parcel and deliver to me at my door! it was all done within an hour!
